        Hi Everyone,

        Awhile back I asked for casinos where US players played and could easily withdraw.  I was a microgaming player who then transitioned to RTG like everyone else, Jackpot Capital mostly since they pay out almost immediately but they have terrible coupons and are very tight.

        Just wanted to let everyone know that I ve had a great run at Slots Jungle and have withdrawn 4 weeks in a row without any problems. Are they perfect? No, they only run a four day work week for withdrawals and the limits per week are a little lower than normal till you get to the higher VIP levels. But the most important thing ( to me at least) is getting my money without a hassle!

        They have good sized match coupons and great customer service, which is the reason I'm writing this. Andrew, their VIP rep is beyond helpful if there is anything you need and I told him I would write a good review for his help!

        Just wanted to throw that out there since I would usually only write bad reviews!!

        Wow, Slots Jungle may have wanted to use this advertising for a Super Bowl Ad.  The only problem is, FOX doesn't accept $500 payments every few weeks.

        But seriously your writing a review because you told Andrew you would?  What did you get in return, a bonus, quicker payment ? 

          Im glad you've had a good experience, but the group is notorious for slow payments and small amounts.  You had said that you have used the forum to find good casinos, which means you rely on peoples posts as to where you play.  Would you want someone to step in to such a bad setup like Slots Jungle because of your review?

        I am assuming you have had some problems with SJ, because you are saying you have had to contact Andrew and he has helped, when someone is helping its because of a problem.

        Now don't get me wrong Good Reviews are good to see, but this is really advertising especially  mentioning "good sized match coupons".

        Well I'm glad you dismissed it out of hand! Lol the problems were with depositing options and with one of my game downloads for Orc v Elf.

        But yes I do rely on people s recommendations and it was recommended to me so I tried it and I had a good experience. Just wanted to post my personal experience with this particular casino. I've posted infrequently on this website and been a member for years.  I didnt get anything out of it, just trying To relay some positives news instead of the normal crap. Plus I did mention that they did have a few flaws. But By all means be snarky in dismissing it!

        I hear ya on the positive, but really that's best kept for the good ones, jackpot capital, clubworld, 3dice and very few others in terms of US friendly.

        Like I said before it seems that you had to get Andrew involved for something.  Was it taking a while to process cashout?  Im just assuming because that is the standard problem.

        I have to say that I'm surprised by reading people complaining for a good review. If you guys had a bad experience at the casino, you have me around to try to get things fixed.

        People should be free to post good or bad reviews according to their experience. Please don't bully someone cause he had a good time at the casino and wants to share it with other people here at the forum.

        If you personally  have any issue pending at the casino, please let me know and Ill get to it ASAP.

        Just FYI, there's a lot of people working behind the casino brands to get things working and providing great services to the players.

        Slots Jungle is a know rogue.  It is a casino I have not played, would not play, and would never recommend anyone to play. 

        If you are uncertain why the company you work for has a bad reputation just take a look at the support thread here, do a search in the general casino forum, and then search the web in general and you will see countless complaints.

        If you are trying to change things then that is fair, but it is going to take a lot of time, and more than one positive post from someone to lose the roguish reputation.

        Please don't bully positive reviews just because you have your own point of view. Regarding the complaints, don't worry, we will take care of them in a proper manner.

        In my long years of online gambling I have never seen a REP try to moderate a thread by saying don't "bully" a positive review.  Again members are entitled to an opinion whether you agree with it or not. 

        Reps normally deal with facts, stay away from opinions and  don't tell members how  they should post, as they are here to service the community.

        I agree with you 100%.  The number one thing I hate most in the world is bullying.  To be called a bully in 2 different posts by a rep is shocking to me.

        You were in no way being a bully.  Obviously both posts were directed towards you since you were the only one who replied.

        The other reps I have seen on this forum always remain professional and yes, stick to the facts.  This one....not so much.

        Anyone that takes there time to pay, allows more time to reverse, and pays $500 a week is rogue,a  Ponzi scheme, a complete rip off. I can go on and on with other adjectives. 

        How can you even try to defend this group by starting your post with "they pay a little slow with low $500 limits."  Making that statement and then going on to try to defend seems like being brain washed to me.

        This is not some free sweepstakes. People deposit real money to try to win.  Who in their right mind would think its ok to deposit $10 or $1000 of their hard earned money to then have such restrictions on a win. Such small withdrawals limits are constructed to allow a portion of the balance to be "played back".  These rules are intended for the house to have a even higher edge.  Do you understand how much money is blow back because the casino doesn't allow a player to cash out their balance?  Do you really think that "oh you won $5000 but you can only $500 right now" is ok?.  I guarantee that this is not an advantage to the player. A majority of players will be tempted and will play back some of their balance. 

        So again, rules that are set up like this are completely unfair to the player and every adjective I have used to describe such behavior is really not an opinion but a fact to anyone that can see through the smoke and mirrors.

        thats true  Low limit are bad and this is not ok - But  you are use  word "rogue" and this is not true is  difference beetwen  roqe place                    and place who pay  but have low limits.

        Summary like im say  = Offered often good masive bonuses  and a lot free chips  but have Low week limits.

        You have negative experienced and write negative opinions  -  Im sometimes play in this place few times win one time Big amount and got money  - so have positive experienced . Some part of your post  is true but  not all  .
