Slots Oasis, Cherry Red, Rushmore...payout delay AGAIN!!!!

So my love hate relationship with Slots, Cherry Red, Rushmore continues....

I win there a lot, so, I keep coming back.  But they always are having LONG delays in payouts!  2-3 years ago when I first starting paying them, they paid out in about a week!  Now...it takes MONTHS!

Yes, the do eventually pay, but again, it can take months!  So....play there if you wish, but don't hold your breath for the money!

Thanks Mindoc, I recieved another "Gesture from Rushmore" email where they're offering a bonus with deposit and I was curious if they've reformed...Guess not, so I shall withhold deposits....

Gen....they USED to be excellent.  However, I have had some payouts take 3 months.  The good news is, it is not TOO hard to score a win with them, but....you'll wait and wait to get your money.

I am waiting for $1000 from Rushmore.  Withdrawal was approved on 6/6.  I was told I would have it around the end of June.

My last withdrawal made in Nov. 2011 was finally paid in February 2012 therefore I don't deposit at any of their casinos anymore after being a vip and consistant depositor for over 5 years.

they don't appear to miss my deposits as I have not received an emails from them since getting paid my winnings.

My withdrawal of $1000 from Rushmore was approved on 6/6 and supposed to be received around the end of June.  I emailed Tara Murdoch at withdrawals@rushmoreonline.com.  She has always been truthful.  She told me on 6/27 that withdrawals were delayed about 2 more weeks and she would email me.

on 7/4 she did email me that my withdrawal was sent to paymycard and I should receive it in 3-5 business days.  I received it today and am very happy as it was money won in a $10,000 freeroll tourney.

Tara is very responsive and I suggest you email her with any withdrawal questions.

medtrans, do u have some kind of magic, I am owed 4 seperate withdrawals from rushmore, cherry red , and slotsville. they were approved on may 26, and i still have not received a penny. Tara says they are at least a month behind. any suggestions, thx cosmod

Cosmod....I just got my payment back to credit card, from winnings in mid June.  So...somewhat better service.

Yes, Tara is a better and responses.  I am praying they have their act together now...AND...it will last.

Months?! did you consider moving to some other casino? I know people who had problems with payments but never heard of such a delay! hope you won't have more such problems.

I used my debit card and money went to my checking account.

I use this method with Club World Group too.

Not defending them at all, but I believe they have a lot of players and a lot of cashouts.  That's why it takes so long.  I could be wrong but that's what I think about their delayed payments.  After all, they offer a FREE $10,000 slot tourney every week.  If you win it is free money and no playthru is required.  That's how I got my $1,000.

the actual amount of time it would take to approve and process a withdrawal for payment is minutes...or less....to think that the reason that it takes a long time to get paid is because of how many winners they have is very interesting.  If they have so many players....why is it that there is never any delay when depositing.....???  seems odd perhaps

Not sure exactly.  Good point.  Maybe it is only US people being delayed?  I don't see complaints from people from other countries.  Very interesting....
