    I made a deposit 10 minutes ago at slots of fortune for $25 to get the 500% bonus.  I submitted the transaction with my mastercard gift card.  The deposit went through, but my balance never updated in the casino software.  I thought maybe it was declined. 

    I checked my gift card online and it said this:
    01/03/2010  12:30:55  00000000  PPLBILL.NET*  $ 24.99 

    I spoke with Nathan in support and he said the deposit is pending and will likely fail after a few hours.  He then promptly asked me if there was anything else he could help me with.

    Anyone had this happen?  Where is my money? It certainly HAS been charged.

    I too have had this happen to me at Rival Casinos. Usually it takes a bit of a wait for it to update into your account. However I have had it take as long as over night before it updated.

    They always tell me it is likely going  to fail, but it never does.  It always goes thru. Just how long do you end up waiting id the question.

    In my experience, your deposit will go thru, it is just that the servers are running behind with it.
