        Hi everyone,

        Just checking to see if anyone has had dealings with Slotsjungle and if they are trustworthy.  Ive won a bit and want to cashout but they require ALOT of information, including a voided check or bank statement, which I have never seen before. 

        Also I'm in the US and they list wire transfer as available and didn't know if anyone had been successful recently using this, since the other options are neteller which is obviously gone.

        I have not heard too much negative feed back for this casino. I have not played here personally and have mainly stuck with Club World Group and Rushmore Group. They are part of the same group as Casino Titan and Win Palace if i am not mistaken.

        I do know that payouts are determined by the type of "class" you are considered as a player. Unfortunately they never really tell you what class that is.

        Their terms stipulate that players will be paid in installments "UP to 3k a week". Exactly what "up to" means is anyone's guess. 

        Maybe a recent winner can shed some more light on the payout time and amount per week they received.

        Congrats. on your win and I hope you won't have any problem cashing out.
        The only withdrawal option for us,US players is wire transfer and it takes about 10 working days(Monday through Thursday).
        Never heard of asking for a void check and bank statement though....

        im canadian and they told me last night if i depped id have to use wire transfer for withdraw..not my MB..ugh, even though ive depped with mb....
        they 'say' withdraws take 4 business days
        AFTER documents and wd have been approved (how long that takes, who knows)have been approved..i said my docs were sent, could he check if they were received..all i got was a curt no, i cant check..um, ok

        That sounds weird a supporter cant check documents, hope they get them fixed fast for you guys and 4days withdraw seems long stupid u cant just use mb to withdraw with.

        The finance do have strict rules regarding the docs required, but that i can understand.  (The wire option does work well)
