it really pisses me off  that they dont send out an email abt important info like this.

im starting to wonder if my country will slowly be banned from most casinos and be as restricted as USA...

That sure sucks....the only thing i can think of is that they might of had too many bonus abuse from those countries and that is why the restrictions.

I get that answer so many times.
I hate when they send me an email and says that if I deposit I get a bonus with the wagering ... but it doesn't says that if I'm from Romania I will not get it.And I think that if they send me that email it is ok to play.
I had this problem on a lot off sites but you know that on Tropezia casino and Guts they gived me what they promised after I told them that I want my money instant in my neteller if they don't give me that bonus or free spins because they lied to me with that promo.

They should have sent an email to all the members from the countries that lose the bonuses....

If this was truly a case of the casino being concerned about the legality of accepting customers from those jurisdictions, surely it would ban them outright. Like nirvana concluded upthread, I believe this is a case of promotions being withheld due to alleged bonus 'abuse' by players from certain countries. Smart Live Gaming is within its rights to do this but it's better to be honest with affected members and give them the real reason behind the decision rather than a misleading one.
