        Hi guys

        recently i started playing at this casino : Springbok which is top 10 casinos in this forum.
        then I asked about the way to withdraw.
        what is very different is that..you need to take a REAL photo of you holding your proof of identity (IC or passport)
        well...this is just really weird...
        any1 that has withdrawn from this casino before please give me some advice

        I made few small deposits at Springbok casino but never won anything there, so I haven't any experience with their withdrawal process.
        Regarding your question about sending photo of you holding your ID, that is nothing new to me, I had to do that at Jackpot capital and Grande vegas casino before my first withdrawal.

        i see..i was never asked to provide such proof...so to me it's weird...maybe it's a new regulation?
        cos i didnt give any proof to grande vegas or jackpot capital to make my first withdrawal.
        if this case is normal maybe i just submit the proof

        Tbh It is not unheard of , but its not too common either.

        I reckon you should just play along and send them what they asked for.

        We had a similar situation at another casino. They were asking for a photo too. Its just a more stringent security check.

        I would suggest sending in what they have asked for.

        We have also notified someone of this thread and asked a casino rep to come on board to answer queries.

        I saw springbok casino - review. Isnot true, that players from Slovak Republic cannot play in this casino. They are allowed to play, but they are excluded from free bonuses.
