    Based on the criteria for making the top 10 list on this website, the payout rate is mentioned as close to 100%.

    Each casino listed has no payout rate listed...these should be included as it was stated in general terms for the entire group.  Also, criteria appeared to include bonuses, but no mention of cashout limits or cashout times.  Are these not important to members of this website?  They are most important to me.

    If you truly want a credible top 10 list,why not survey the members of what they value in a casino and then use that criteria to develop the list.  Is is truly ethical to list a place like winpalace as number one when we all
    know it doesn't deserve this award given $500 week cashout limitations and slow payouts.  New members need to know this before quickly clicking link to that kind of outfit.

    We value and appreciate our members feedback and suggestions.

    Payout rates at casinos vary month to month - this is difficult for us to update all 400 casinos each time.

    As for cashout limits and times there is also no section on the review pages for the data to be inputted. We will definitely consider adding these criteria to the review pages, however it will require some dev work and lots of time as someone will need to go to every casino listed on LCB and input the data.

    We do keep the top 10 list to reputable casinos that we know we can trust, we always have our members best interests first.
