    There alright, just don't expect them to reply to your e-mails too fast.  I sent one in on Sunday and still no reply.  Also haven't gotten deposit confirmation e-mails or chat log requests either.

    Don't use this casino. I was banned and asked if there was anything I could do to fix it so I could start depositing. They said yes, and that this applied to sister casinos also. I made a couple deposits. But noticed I was still banned from sun palace. When I contacted them to see why. . The proceeded to ban me for the same reason I was originally banned for. I told them I was told that everything was fixed. I said my recent deposits felt more like donations then depositst...Then.... They proceeded to ban me from all the casinos.Then they blocked my IP from all their casinos including the chat. That was a month ago. I finally got thru to them. And they said that I was banned for charge back thread. I asked what is that. And they said for disputing legit charges.That was a lie. And before I could ask what the heck they were talking about.....they closed the chat and dropped the ban hammer again. This casino is shady...rude....and they blocked you from even asking questions. If you want to lose your money before you spin one slot machine.....deposit with this casino.
