  • Well, having dealt with VT group, here's what I think:

    1. They will NOT update the paytable information
    2. They will NOT reset the machine to follow the paytable
    3. They will NOT DO ANYTHING.

    In fact, they will NOT give a damn about your complaint.

    I learned this from 2 disagreements with their slots and their reactions to my observations/complaints.

  • I agree with gene, they will not respond to you, they could careless about your complaint. I think it is very unproffesional, and that is the reason I will no longer play with any of their casinos!

  • I had this happen to me too this week, and I kept seeing the same thing... house landing on reel 1 and no bonus.  After the 4th time I went to the paytable to make sure I read it correctly.  I thought I was going crazy, and switched games.  Thanks for confirming that it wasn't just me.

  • Hmmm there is something way not cool about this at all! I would email support repeatedly on this and you have taken a step in the right direction by posting it here at the forum.

    If they are legit and on the up and up they will either get back to you or explain it to all us members here who are now going to be leery to every play there again!

    The sad truth is there is not too much you can do about it and more than likely nothing will be done.

    2. They then will say "You're a disgruntled player" as then go on to say that they see nothing wrong or that "It's operating normally" and that "You can't win all the time"
    3. Then ignore you totally...Or (For fun) they may say "We have forwarded your email to our tech dept. You'll receive a reply (Which never comes) in 24 hours"

    I am not bitter, I play the free tourneys, but I have only deposited with EHC and that will now cease. If you can't fully trust them, then it's best to not play...Though I sure do like some of their games.

    You have never spoke truer words... but one last thing.. it's not 24 hours they respond, they mean 24 years.. their response table is off a bit too...lol
  • Interesting post.........I had a rather frustrating conversation with English Harbour last night. After  SEVERAL  deposits, over the last 2-3 months I ask for a free chip because I could'nt even double my money.

    Thay refuse free chips, and yes I have had several spins where I SHOULD have gotten the bonus round and did not.

    Do we have a rep here for the english harbour group ?

  • I don't like the misleading game information, but English Harbour so far has been decent to me.  Just 2 days ago, I asked where my 4th deposit bonus disappeared to forgetting I had deposited quicktender once.  The guy told me, then I said thanks and logged off to go somewhere else.  I went back to check on a tournament and he had credited me $40 bonus money as a 'gift' I guess when I asked.  It certainly wasn't a match lol, but it was something.  I didn't win off of it, but it was nice of them. 

  • UPDATE:  After emailing support a few times with no response, I decided to CALL support.  Geuss what?...........  I talked to Selvin (CS Manager) and he credited my account everything I wagered on Butterflies!!  It came out to $48.00 but he gave me $50.00 in my bonus account.  And they will be updating the paytable in the next few days.  Thanks Selvin.

  • Good job at getting this corrected.. BUT please stay leary.. many people have been through this and have seen these games not pay correctly.

  •  You know I really really liked Superslots and wild casino but I started using BCH and Litecoin because they charge soo much for BTC sends now. I have had nothing but trouble getting my deposits credited and I know it's my fault for sending less then the 20 min. and I also sent BCH to bitcoin because I never used before BCH Litecoin.  I did however send the correct address from the correct cryto but they are just going to keep both deposits because it was less then 5 on one and the other one they tried to tell me they couldn't retrieve in wich I was informed by the wallet I use that they could indeed retrieve it with the hashtag. 

    I have to say all the other casino's I have done anything like this may have discouraged me from doing it but credited it to my account! In minutes once they had the transaction proof. Not these guys they are just going to keep the money . It wasn't much but it's just the point that my wallet advised and now I know it's true you just have to TRUST the person etc place to credit it to you? They can keep it and I will just stop playing at either one if that's the trust I have with them. struggle

  • Thanks :) I was a little upset after days of arguing my point but I am still playing there. Just making sure to do things the way they want. I do have good news though, I won three tournaments yesterday from one of the casino's and cashed out on two of them and received the winnings in normal time frames . They have the once everyday cashout limit and twice in a week max. So I'm very happy but have to wait a week now if I deposit again   smiley 

    Every casino has soo many different rules it's hard to keep up with all of them money
