        First and foremost welcome to the forum!!! So glad you joined! I do agree some casinos live support need some heavy duty work.

        I don't know if they realize just how important that is to a player. It can make all difference in the world. In some cases even drive a player away from playing there.

        The competition is just too fierce. Players can move along to another one in a heart beat. A little tender loving care goes a long way and makes an impression on the player.

        In a competitive world....this certainly is one way to beat there competition....don't ya think?

        It was GOCasino but it goes for everyone of the Vegas software sites I have deposited in all of them and if it were not for there tournaments I wouldn't play there because for instance Cirrus or in all others when I contact support they are fast I mean like in less than a minute to respond.
        Oh and I type really slow and have now been waiting for yet again on GOCasino for support and still waiting lol

        I argee with Lips, there casino's need to employ enough people to run their business properly....HEY CASINO'S IF YOUR LISTENING......YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS BY NOT HAVING ENOUGH SUPPORT!!!! I personally have no interest in playing at a casino that I can not get ahold of for help when I need's even worse when you do finally get someone and they have no clue about anything. Many casino's have lost my business simple because I needed to remove some prepaid cards so I could load up with a new one and guess what....I never got ahold of online support and ended up putting my money somewhere else.......So they really need to train their staff properly and have enough to support their business.....................

        See?  This is what I mean about this forum.  Informative posts to let all know about this casino.  Now I know not to even bother considering this casino to deposit my money.  (No jumping, blinking, or smooching smiley faces needed lol.)
