One main reason why its hard to discuss payout percentage is simply because you need to spin about 10.000.000 spins to roughly reach that 98% payout, and i would highlight that roughly, on that amount of spins tolerance is still about 0,5%.
On a 1000 spins sample it would be correct to say that payout percentage will vary from 50% up to 150% (its a a very rough prediction, if you google the keywords, you can find much more accurate data on that range)
So a good point would be, if one could discuss payout percentage in a 10 minutes video, that would mean we would be all doomed to lose exactly 2% of our deposits every 10 minutes
