        Might be a good idea to contact your VIP host and seek explanation there, at least thats what I would do first.

        As for VIP benefits, I somehow feel you are always more likely to get a bigger bonus than lower wagering requirements, and to me its unlikely you will get both in the same time.

        That is highly unusual.

        I understand they have rules and whatnot to follow when it comes to dealing with clients, what they may or may not tell you regarding accounts...

        Best as drtheolen said, contact your VIP host. You'll get more help and explanations from there what's happening, and what you can do about it.

                  Hey Sharsangels1,  about the only time you get a bonus there and "don't" have a rollover is when it's a gift  from your VIP hostess or if you win on a lottery/raffle.  They usually state that also.    I've been there a while and know a deposit bonus  almost always automatically has a rollover requirement attached to it.    Like Drtheolen said,  you might want to contact your VIP  hostess  and double check.  I've never had any problems with them and they  could probably explain it in better detail.

        I wanted to know why the VIP page said a VIP player got bigger bonuses with lower Roll Overseas ? When I had only received regular bonuses with same roll over as any other regular member .

                      Like I said,  you really should contact the VIP rep/hostess about this.  It could be your points/status isn't high enough to qualify yet,  not sure.
