        I just checked my account with Supreme Play and was checking on the withdrawl. Imagine my surprise that the $150 WD is now in the "Reverseable" position. I sent in my docs, have let them know I want this to go to QT. (I won this on July 27th and made the WD request that day)

        Are they trying to get me to play this WD so they can not pay it? Have you had anything in dealing with Supreme Play you can share?

        Thing is that stops me, is that I want this money to start opening doors at other casinos....

        I think I may go to live chat and discuss this with them....

        Genenco, i have seen other players discussing the money being reversed not by the player..  i just forget when it was i say someone saying it was happening to them.. same place too

        Hey Genenco I've had that happen when I first started.  The two things I can think of is 1) Unfinished business w/wagering requirement--non withdrawable bonus to minimum withdrawal requirement issue, or 2) "software glitch"--a tactic to get you to play away your winnings (glitches somehow take weeks to fix)...

        Well, this showed me I maybe shouldn't trust them too much...Guess I'll wait. If I do deposit more, I don't think it'll be with these guys.

        What now throws me, is that It's in the "Reverseable stage" yet "Dana" is saying that there's no problem with cashout. Now I'm no idiot, but if it's in the "Reversable" stage, you CAN'T cashout!

        I will admit, I WAS briefly tempted to Reverse it. But didn't. I am thinking that if this is a "Glitch" I could reverse it, then resubmit it for WD and see how long we can play that way....

        I went back and did a search with Supreme Play and see alot of GOOD things people (Including myself) are saying about this Rival. Maybe it's just one of those rare occurances...I hope so....

        I've picked a few of these "winners" as of late.

        If you really think this casino is rogue, maybe Zuga or Blueday can speak to them on your behalf. (It seems to work for me, being an LCB member

        Well....I decided to continue with the games. So, I reversed the cashout and then re-submitted the withdrawl. I have over $350 in my bank if I want to play and if I do, I'll play elsewhere until this is resolved.

        On the brightside, I KNOW I entered the QT account number correctly. So I have little doubt that this will be a reason for rejection. Of course I also updated my QT account earlier so all "Should" be good to go.

        Thanks for all the support. I remain FIRM to collect this.

        Hi Gene,

        A casino is always going to reverse your withdrawal until your docs are approved. To have to wait this long for approval is the real issue here. Seems like there is a glitch in your docs. I would bet they will come back to you saying they need you to resend them.

        Stay strong and don't spend it. I hope you do get paid quickly or are at least told why your docs are not being processed soon.

        u said before "reversable" and not "reversed."  This means your money is in a queue, awaiting it being cashed for u.  I know what u mean with wanting to play it, but u know that it has more chance of going down than up.  Dont be sorry. Leave it there.
        here in the UK, we dont need any proof of ID, it will send money back to the same card it came from.  So if i have an amount that is reversable, say with 100 profit on,
        i would unistall it, and play somewhere else, or for free etc. so it would be on its way to my bank.  The option to reverse a withdrawal only usually stays there for 24 hours or less.  U cashed out for a reason - to have had a good day yes? if u reverse it, it and withdraw say $20 less, thats gonna put the process back another day, and will u stop at 130 if u lose 20, or just do the same again?? and again??  as the live help says, she can remove this option for u, take this option to remove it Gene!! and good luck
