        Hi Gang:
              There's alot of talk right now about our favorite casinos and why we feel the way we do about them.  Easy to answer that right? We all have a favorite.
               
            How about the WORST casino? I mean the one we just loath more than any other casino out there and will never play there again.
            We tell everyone we possibly can to never deposit there, and do all we can to spread the word of what a terrible place it really is.
            This thread may of been done before today, but there is always a need to repeat certain information like bad casinos and why, for the newer members of our forum.  Theres been alot of new casinos come out also since I think a thread like this has been done, and alot more casinos to judge out there.
                So go ahead....Tell us the worst casino out there in your opinion......and why....

        They are lying to me about my withdrawal money. They said they sent $146 (even though I requested $200 for my withdrawal) via MoneyGram on Oct. 21. I was told to contact the withdrawal dept using live chat (that's the only way you can contact them) today to get my control # and sender's name. Today I was told it would be ready Friday. I told them if they honestly sent my money on Oct. 21 then they would have to have the control # because it's part of the paperwork required to send the money. 'Sammie' kept saying it's not ready yet. That's impossible. Absolutely impossible and I am very upset.

        i will start by saying that  the virtual group in my eyes  is very suspicious, since 2092 they have had 1000's of complaints, for not paying, stalling, voiding, spamming etc.
        they all share the same philosophy in my eperience, just recently i gave them  a shot via these forums, but only because of the funny answer contest: i thought, hey if i win 500, id better be signed as member on winpalace, which i did, and through the registration progress i noticed i was back in cool cat/cirrus/wild vegas  style!
        i thought well maybe its different now and proceded.
        i gave  a code for no deposit, ( i recommend you always do ) its  a good way to test the casino, the support etc.
        then started playing the feature guarantee slot, which after reading rules and payout, seemed pretty cool.

        i then went on o.50 bet, and was saving my percentages to 34 % so i could see if it would hit.

        so , not really good right? the only reason i was reasonable was with the 500 chip prize on my mind ( funny answer contest i was sure of winning )
        but i wasn't really charmed...
        i have the screenshots of both chat and slot, but it doesnt really proof much.. if anyone wants to look ill post them though/

        anyway i think when software fails, and i need to prove it, and they say they cant see what happened, and i need to go elsewhere or do it in writing, to me that is already a bad sign, regardless of the nice contest.
        so i will as of this post never ever go to virtual group casinos again!
        imagine me depositing, then winning and suddenly  a software failure, an even if i would take prt.screen b4 every spin, what could i prove exactly? i can promise you it wont be enough proof to get money back!

        Hi Dirkemans!
        First, (No)WinPalace has nothing to do with the Virtual group as far as I know, they are not part of a group.
        Second, I would send an email and describe what exactly happened, CS cannot do much in cases like this as it seems to be a technical glitch.
        In that case it might occur at any RTG, not just (No)WinPalace.
        They can forward your mail to RTG, who can look into it.
        RTG casinos cannot alter their software individually, as you download the software always from the RTG mainserver.

        Ive made several deposits at (No)WinPalace, never noticed any glitches.
        The slots play the same as all other RTG's, total crap.
        Can't get over my starting balance for a split second, ever.

        luckily becuase i wont send my information to online vegas after they ripped me off with a double charge they banned me from all thier sites still i had aspent money thier until that occasion. they were  very rude and now are not worth my time of day as far as i am concerned anything to do with golden casino and online vegas is just a way to steal your money with excuses of you put in the information so its your fault.  use to work gas stations it is very easy to double charge on accident watch your charges if you gamble at these establishments.

        Stanleys Circus Casino!!!! (www.stanleycasinos.com) isnt the rouge circus casino this is/was a reputable casino owned by a company that runs many land based casinos


        they ripped me off... to cut it short... i made a few deposits and won, went to cashout, it was declined about 3 times, then i saw a weird £111 bonus was added to my account... (i ticked "no bonus" when i signed up) and i kept trying to cashout... still declined... i emailed their support with no reply

        so what i was guessing is that bonus was a forced bonus and the reason the withdrawls were declined was due to not meeting the WR.... so off i play trying to meet this WR and all is lost

        a day later they email me and tell me their card payment systems were playing up and if i selected bankers draft it would of worked... and whats worse is they told me that bonus showing under my transaction history was added by mistake and had already been taken off my account

        their mistakes and errors cost me £500, the bottom line was i wanted to cashout but due to their error they misled me to believe i had a WR to meet and upon trying to meet that WR i lost it all


        i asked them to pass this onto management and did email management direct myself...support told me it may take a week or so for management to reply but alas never heard a thing... 3 months on and i hadnt heard a thing so i emailed support and management again... this time i didnt even get acknowledgement... and to this day havent heard a thing

        in all my years of gambling thats probably the worst ripoff i have experienced, its obvious to anyone that they lost me that money and whats worse is some certain forum/casino watchdog has almost put this casino on their approved list...


        apart from that iv had the occasional problem with some casinos not accepting my id (only have birth certificate as i dont drive nor have i been overseas) where they have said in support that ID is fine... but then i have deposited and gone to cashout and they have refused to accept it

        oh and ALL rivals are a nono as well (but i will use their free no deposit bonuses), as i mention on previous threads the games are now very tight at paying out, and they all use misleading tactics... such as you can deposit away with a debit/credit card... but if you win you cant cashout because you can only withdraw to an E-Wallet you have used to deposit and not card
