  • I often ask myself this question, and for the life of me I cant understand it!

Why in the world would people choose to play at the rogue casinos?
I mean I see time and time again posts with problems about these casinos.

There are plenty of good casinos that do pay their players, that do not have outrageous terms and conditions. Yet some still choose to play the roguiest rogue of the rogues. laugh_out_loud

I understand that most don't know any better and fall into their free chip trap, but there are some that do know that they are rogues and still continue to patronize them.

What is it about them that keeps them in business? Please, someone enlighten me!!!!

    Thanks!

  • Its as you say "unsuspecting depositors" that keep them going.

If you look at the worlds population, possibly 6 billion. Theres possibly 1 billion at least who have gambled online in some point in their lives.

The number that joins forums/watchdog websites is very slim compared to this so many people who gamble online just rely on checking their email. If some rogue pimped up a 300% deposit bonus with a free chip to begin with this will give some people the idea that they cant lose. Of course many of them dont realise "if it looks too good to be true... then it is".

Theres a lot of people out there who dont know how to say no. If a rogue pesters them enough over the phone or by email to make a deposit then they will.

Rogues suprisingly do pay. You look at someone who deposits $1000 at a rogue casino and loses the majority, they will just think its down to bad luck. They may then be able to cashout $100. The rogue will be glad to pay because they have just gained $900 off someone profit. As soon as this person hits a profit overall though the excuses will come in, "your too good", "your a bonus abuser", "you cheated", etc

Theres new rogues opening up all the time. Many of them wont be known as "rogue" until a while after they have opened. Depending on their market strategy in this time they could be able to lure a lot of depositing players in to waste their cash
