    I deposit at slotocash, and i was looking over the promotions, they have one where you answer the question on a trivia, i had the answer i contacted support, gave the correct answer BUT they told me no i couldn't have the free chip why.. because i got a free chip of 5 dollars THEY placed in my account, a gift from them.. i did not use a code, i did not put the 5 in... i didn't think that was fair as i did not, do it they did it.. what do you think?

    I think i should email them, i really think that wasn't fair, it wasn't a choice to have the 5 and it was also a gift, and if thats the way things are handled by placing chips in your account to disqualify you from promotions, then yes i no longer will. Gosh i was so proud of myself for knowing the correct anwer and excited for an earned freebie..

    Can you actually contact them and ask for the chips to be removed? I found on casinos that i usually play and like that if they give me 5 free or crap like that i can contact them for it to be removed to free space for some better promotion, since i think it bacame standard practice today if you claimed one promo you will not get some other and 5 free to be honest is a crap.
