  • Hello again
Is it common for a casino to ask you to send in your creds just to make a deposit?
I played at Club World and made 4 or 5 deposits (small ones, I'm poor) and next time I went to make a deposit, I got the message that I had to send in my creds before making another deposit.

That bothered me.  I totally understand them needing my info if I CASH OUT...but to deposit?  I like playing there, but I haven't made another deposit since then.

So I used the ND at High Noon...liked the place and made a deposit. (I didn't make anything on the free chip).
Right after that 1st deposit, I got a pop up message that said I had to send in my creds to make another one.

Now...I worked at a brick and mortar casino..I understand washing the money, but I've never deposited more than $100 in my life.  Usually it's a LOT smaller than that.

So..is it common for this to happen?  I don't want to send them anything, until I Ever Manage to Cash Out....some day.

  • Hi Shell,

I have never heard of being denied a deposit without first turning in your docs. It is a good idea to turn your docs in when you do make your first deposit just to get it out of the way. In the event that you do win and want to cashout it will speed up the process.

I wonder if this is something new that casinos are doing. It does have it's benefits to have them in and approved, but its a pain sending them in!

I'm just old and set in my ways! laugh_out_loud  I don't see any need for everybody in the country to have my docs, unless necessary!  And as far as I'm concerned...Necessary = Cash Out!
I have Never come across this before.  I'd deposit with one or the other of them if they didn't insist on that.  I'm never in such a BIG hurry to cash out, that i can't wait a few days for my docs to be approved.
It just didn't set well with me.  Until I want THEIR money, they don't Need my info!  I have nothing to hide...I'm too po to be washing money...boy would That take a LONG time to get the laundry done...$25 and $30 at a time!! LMAO  And yes, it is a royal pain sending them in.

I just wondered if anyone else had encountered this? This has been since September of this year.

    thanks
    Shell

  • I came across it once - so I took my business elsewhere.  I wasn't happy sending my docs into a place that I just wanted to deposit at, get a very large bonus and just spin.

It was indeed a rogue casino I have since learned but I don't think that this one is a rogue casino at all.

    It's very strange indeed shell.

  • I had that happen to me at Casino 33.  I made signed up and made 3 or 4 deposits.  I got an email stating please send in documents.  This was when I first joined LCB and started playing RTG's.  I didn't send them in.  They locked my account and I still to this day cannot log in.  lol  There loss......not mine.

But for the OP I know what you are talking about.  I had High Noon and another Club World casino pop up after I made my first deposit.  They said they needed to verify some things and to call them.  It took forever to get through.  I still haven't sent my documents or made another deposit.  I know this didn't help but I think it maybe standard with this group but who knows.  TaaaDaaa plays there more than I do.

  • Yes..I forgot they had me call (Club world).  I did that early on...but they still want me to send my docs before I can Deposit again.  I'm still able to log in.  I played their free tourneys last week...no good there.
But like you said..it's their Loss.  I'm NOT sending my info to anyone until I cash out.  There is just not a reason to do so.  You would think they would Want to keep taking my money.
    Oh well smiley

  • yes, clubworld group will ask you to send in docs right after your first deposit.  I've never done that until two years later when I cashed out at Manhattan Slots.  They still let me deposit without sending them docs before, but I guess they just changed the rule recently.
