        I made a thread not so long ago about needing a break and the more i am online the more it seems my time online is nearing its end. Some things i have noticed (as far as me), being an older member of this forum,and might i add a contributing member , as the years go by it seems i am put out to pasture. Last year for my birthday, i was forgotten  . This year, I did not even get a happy birthday from Zuga. It is not mandatory for anyone to wish you a happy birthday but it is nice when they do. I was hoping to make it to the next level , superstar member but i do not think that goal will be meet.


          The last thing that made me rethink everything was today i was blocked from my account for supposed charge backs  . i only ever use Paste and pay and before that quick tender. I used my bank card once since i have been online but it was not charged back to. I have zero credit cards. I use a pre pay to fund my PnP account. it was so outrageous i had a good laugh about it  . I am very loyal to the few casinos i play at so i will stick to them.


          I hardly ever talk about my health but it is on the decline. I am seeing 7 doctors right now and i was just at the emergency room last night.         I'm sorry you feel like that, but you are right, we shouldn't have forgotten your birthday, but I guess that things happen - I'm sure that no one forgot about you. I think you should stick around as much as your health allows you. I'm very sad to hear that your health is on the decline, and I really wish you do make it through. Good luck to you  Rena.

        I feel quite sad having read your post.  You are and always will be, a valued member on the forum.  Missing your birthday was not done on purpose and I can't find appropriate words except to say sorry I missed your birthday last year. I have faith you will make it to Superstar level and if you don't, well you're already a superstar in my eyes.

        Sorry to hear about your health declining.  If you stay strong and positive, you can beat anything.  I hope you feel better soon.

        As for your "chargeback" problem - which casino was that?  Maybe one of us can help try and sort that out for you.

        Thank you blue and Markotik. I am seeing an oncologist on top of the Lupus i had before  . I am staying positive, in fact i have been walking a small bit to try and stay healthy. I also have been watching what i eat.


        As far as the casino, it was Grand Fortune.

        The one time i used my bank card, the fraud dept from my bank contacted me. I let them know i made the purchase and it was not charged back to. I have never tried to use my pre pay on line. I only use my Paste and pay account because the minimum deposit is $5. I have never been told i charged back anything but it was very funny to me. I deleted both casinos and have not given it a second thought. If this was for a with draw (which it was not) i could provide a credit report that clearly shows i do not have any credit cards what so ever. For now, i am sticking to the casinos i know and enjoying some spin time at them. It was kind of a shock at first but not any more

        Rena, I am sorry to learn of your health issues. It is difficult to cope at times I am sure. I do hope things brighten up a bit for you in that regard.

        I am very surprised to hear of the issues at Grand Fortune. I am not familiar with paste and pay so could not comment or relate on any problems that could possibly occur using that method of depositing.

        However, it is discerning to me that there was no communication via email or any other method from the casino to inform you there was an issue with your account. I do not believe you should have had to log in or try to log in to find this out. If there was a problem it would seem they would want to inform you in order for you to either investigate the report  they say exists and have it rectified if untrue.

        The other confusing thing is why would they not know this when you signed up and obviously had made deposits since joining.

        It appeared that Jason with GFC and Raging Bull has been very active on this forum and honestly I had really hoped it was representative of the positive type of communication and treatment that those of us that have joined and deposited there could expect to continue.

        I have played with Grand Fortune for some time now and have been fairly happy with them, I have noticed a change just over the last few weeks with attempting to use coupons that were published on the LCB site along with some that have been available pretty much since joining. Not sure why but this has been the case.

        I had a small withdrawal of about $300.00 so assumed this has disqualified me from anything. the cash back I used to receive promptly every Monday for the past weeks deposits has disappeared suddenly and completely.

        My thoughts were that this is the same experience I have had at other RTG casinos, once you have been there a long time the perks just disappear and become pretty much non-existent. When this occurs I just limit my deposits and my loyalty mirrors the casinos.

        In any event, I hope things improve as quickly as possible for you.

        Hi Rena,

        I do hope your health improves, I know you have struggled for quite some time and have been a trooper through it all. I also hope the charge-back confusion gets straightened out.

        As far as your birthday being overlooked by Zuga and perhaps others including myself (have not checked) it is important for there to be some understanding.

        Don’t think for a minute when we look at the b’day thread those of us that miss a birthday don’t wince. It is particularly true for most loyal members but never means we flat out don’t care.

        Everyone gets skipped over at one point or another including the staff. Whether it is a post that gets no replies or only certain posts are singled out to receive a “ty” it’s impossible to be see everything or please everyone as well. It is important to keep in perspective it is not a personal vendetta.

        Zuga including most of the staff are doing many things on a daily basis to create the best site possible for members. If Zuga did not reply perhaps he was working on an unresolved casino issue, was away on business or working on a behind the scenes project.

        While your sensitivity in not acknowledging your b’day is understood (i would feel sad too)  I hope that understanding is extended to those that may at times inadvertently miss it.

        I am really quite happy this thread was created because it gives at least me the opportunity to say to each and everyone here that you are all a very important part of the LCB family.

        Always remember it is not just what you have done for me today, but yesterday and the confidence of tomorrow mentality that really counts and should never be forgotten.

          As far as the charge back, i am not upset by it. I have no idea where that claim came from. How can you charge back on something you have never used  . It was no biggie, i do not really like RTG. It's always something or other going on. I am just glad it was not alleged during a with draw of a win. Even if they find out that they are mistaken, i will never play there again. I try to be as honest as possible even here at LCB. I have even gotten a very big over payment sent to me from a casino and i returned it at my expense, with not one consideration on keeping it. A charge back to me is stealing when you know you spent the money and lost. I have never condoned such actions here online or in everyday life.

          Jason looked into the matter (he has been on leave ) and he feels i am being honest in the matter (which i am). He has unlocked the accounts and is going to look into why the response time was so long. I have faith that Jason will be able to deal with the matter and if it was not for him, i would not have even played there at all. I have always said and will keep the opinion that he is one great Rep and it would be a very sad day if he decides to go anywhere. I did say i would not play there again but after the PM from Jason, i have reconsidered my stance on this. I hope things will go smoothly from here on out because thanks to Chillys beautiful screen shots and good fortune i would love to add this casino to my list of ones i play at.



        I have had some good luck so far (much needed i might add) and i hope it continues. Happy spinning everyone  .

        Well, Rena you already know i'm here for you...

        Do you remember reading over at the other forum. Where this guy won money from a certain rtg group, and  after he struggled to get paid. Once they paid him they placed his name in the infamous blacklist database?

        I had to file a SUCCESSFUL complaint against them as well in Jan. It took them over a month to process my withdrawal. In which they used the neg database as an excuse. I was a loyal customer and gave them many many deposits. They would even call me up and I would make deposits while the rep was on the phone. But when it came to my one and only cashout. I was given every excuse from its a banking holiday week to we haven't received your docs. This went on for over a month literally. I had to complain to a gaming portal who finally was able to get me my funds.

        They still send me offers in the mail and by SMS texts. I just discard them and go on about my day.

        Hope you feel better. Back in the day I used to be a doctor who made house call --LOL--
