        Yup, you could have been a little less harsh on that poor support dude, he's just doing his job, he is not responsible for the progamming of the slots or the poor tournamentserver/software.
        BUT....I can fully understand your frustration, especially if you paid for a tourney and then the damn game crashes!
        Its the reason I never pay for a tourney, my keyboard or monitor would not survive if it happened to me..
        But its the same at all MG casino's, its just the buggy software, and MG refusing to do anything about it, they know the problem, but they don't give a sh*t.

        i dont see the abuse, she said i would like to close my account and u can keep whatever money is in there..asked y she explained...then he went on to offer her a bonus and explain the randomness of the software... then told her the systems were offline and would she like a bonus.. and to come back an hour or 2 from now or use email..yeah she is right WTF...what systems r down she is in live chat and he can also offer a bonus so what system is down..that only added more fuel to the fire....then did not answer when she wrote in caps....

        people can say what they want about caps..i like to write in caps does not mean i am yelling...i usually fill out all registrations online in caps..just because...then when i finish and go on a forum i have to go back to small letters because i dont want people to ask me y i am yelling...I JUST LIKE CAPS...NOT YELLING..lol

        but seriously i dont see any thing wrong with her chat...

        Thanks girl.....I didn't even notice the caps lol....but yeah, I never mind losing it's called gambling, but come on guys....give us a little play for our money thats all I ask..If i'm gonna deposit $50, play 20cents a spin I would expect to be able to hit a bonus game a time or 2 and maybe a little playthrough before they take it all.....AND nothing is worse than playing a tournement and half way though the game when your sitting in 1'st by over 6000 chips and the friggin reels start spinning without stopping!! I need to stop trying all these new places and just stick with Villento, Rich Reels and Casino Share.....never won at either of those places, but I always get my moneys worth in entertainment!! Plus so far all those places have refunded my faulty tourneys!
