          i hope some1 here can help you i was a bit confused also,it seems like they gave you 60 on a 6 dollar deposit ?well if that was the case then it was the casinos fault so y did they lock your account?I m hoping everything gets resolved for u hun im sorry this happened

          From what I understand, they have a loyalty program but support could give you NO direct information?  You wanted to deposit and still she couldn't/wouldn't give you direct information and to top it off.... they lock your account?  Weird... I would go elsewhere.

          Also.... I HATE when a casino says ' we have certain criteria' yet don't explain excatly what the criteria is.

          You specifically asked if 10 more deposits would qualify you and stilll the answer was " I don't know'.

          i too had a problem about depositing and having my points suspended, but i was very fortunate to have reps help me get my points as they do not understand why i was not able to receive my points when i had deposited around 12 times at $20 and was never able to get any bonuses, so what you should do is keep bugging them, and another thing Ive also noticed about some chat reps is that if they see that your English isn't that good they could very much confuse you and make out they owe you nothing. My friend has broken English and when i saw him chatting to a rep in the way that he does omg i saw all the lies and remarks he was making to my friend, so what i did was i logged in to my account at the same  casino my friend was playing at and spoke to him about the bonus my friend was trying to claim, i had to sound like i knew what i was talking about other wise the rep wasn't going to take me seriously, the final result....my friend did end up getting his bonus that he was very much eligible for...

          So that could be some tips for people when chatting with reps, its ashame they cant be helpful even if your english ain't good.

          First just to let you know that I removed your account numbers as it's personal information.

          I was also confused how you could deposit $6 since most of casino min.deposit amount is over $20 but now I realized that it is Casino Rewards group casino which you can even deposit $1.:)
          I don't normally judge or criticize any casino supports without enough of information but I do have to say about one thing which bothered me was that this support person was telling you he has spoke to his manager with stating your account is now locked with not enough explanation and saying he's  busy at the moment so can't tell you why...and didn't give you any further guide of what you should do to follow up...now, that bothers me because in my personal opinion, that is not a good support.
          However, I suggest you send the email, enclose the chat copy and some explanation to support hopefully you will get better answers.

          First I would like to say I have been a member of Casino Rewards for almost 7 years and have never had a problem with them that wasn't resoved with some patience and clear communication. They have the best support of any casino group and have at least for me gone above and beyond in keeping me a very happy customer. I am assuming they had a glitch in their system when the $6 deposit was made and such a huge bonus given on it. These casinos don't give out such big bonuses on a deposit. I think 200% was the most I have received. I also know the department that has the authority to look into bonus history and possibly override a decion by a support person isn't available 24 hrs a day. When I signed up at one of their partner sites their system had a glitch and signed me up as a flash account instead of download which limited the bonuses I could claim. The general support staff could only see the account was flash but whethey need to fix itn I was able to talk to someone in the bonus department they could see there had been a glitch and their system mistook my account for flash. It took about 24 hours and talking to support on the phone to sort out the problem but they compensated me nicely for the inconvenience. The account in ? has probably been temporarily locked until they can find out what happened with the crazy bonus.  Patience Monika & good luck.

          Hi Ronjie-) I would do what Wanane said. Send them an email about your problem and include this Chat. Sometimes it help if you call a casino support, most often they are then nicer and more helpful. The international nr. is 1 888 942 7466 and if this not work, there so many good Microgaming casinos which treat you fair. I had a Problem every month with Interwetten, they didn't credit my bonus automatically. They told me every month different things why i don't get it. I closed my account with a smile. It isn't worth to be mad about that:-)
          And my english is also bad, but you learn step by step every day a bit more;-) Goodluck!!!
