This Really Sucks.. or Not?

Now i was all excited and happy i was getting these spins, and as a gift!!!
I did as the email said, 2 days later i recieved an email....

I was so so sad ...

But what made me so mad was it was a GIFT and no where does it talk about depositing players, how can you give a gift and take it back..

i wrote them an email with respect..

But how do you send someone a Christmas present, have them claim it and then take it back for any kind of reason. It was gift for Christmas.
I sat here anxiously waiting with excitement about having this gift, only to have the gift taken away?
I have never tried your casino before i thought it was a good way to play it before i deposit. Now im very disappointed.
I was very disheartened by the turn down, it was a gift.

I didn't see that, on the email..   maybe i was too excited
They are in the right, i am wrong then, but still the email looks as if it is a gift for Christmas, with instructions.. why don't they have the email at least addressed for depositing players

and explain in the email itself, "if you have deposited blankity blank amount for the month of december you are eligible for this present"..

It's Christmas.. i still feel as though they played a grinch..

It's decieving and it upset me.

have you been to stryyke poker?...i went there...i never thought i'd see an actual virtual ghost town...i was literally the only player online. tournaments, sit'n go's , and all cash tables - empty.

nope...just a bah hummbug! didn't even get a reply - i sent 3 emails at different times between the morning of the 24th and evening of the 25th as per the instructions received in the promo email.

Soubds like a casino I dealt with however I will say they answered the emails but danged if I'll hit them again.

I deleted Stryke long ago, suggest all should.

EXCELLENT advice to always read terms and conditions on promos!! Although in many cases the player may get the shaft, there is the flip side............

The casino gets the shaft because terms and conditions are not read. I understand your excitement Imagin and i myself have done it many times. Go into the casino all excited ready to rumble only to find out there was exclusions  !!!

And from what i am reading here.......seems term and conditions are not the issue.......
