THUMB DOWN TO GRANDE VEGAS! NO LONGER ACKNOWLEDGES"EXCLUSIVE SIGN UP BONUS"

Just to let all know that "Grande Vegas" is not standing by their Exclusive LCB Bonus anymore. Was just adviced they no longer offer that. Also as far as the new weekly bonus, no deposit bonus, "GRANDE25" and " GVOCEAN" they are no longer accepting them. I informed them I would let LCB know this.  They passed the buck back to LCB and said that it wasn't their fault and that LCB posted it. Really sick and tired of taking the time out and "trying" to get just "one" weekly no deposit bonus and so far, haven't received ANY!  >:(  These on line casino are really becoming a joke and are just making it too difficult to get anything unless you make a deposit. Any person in their right mind would not deposit without knowing first if the casino is legit and worth the money...Okay guys, it's time to fight back and stop catering to these casinos. I infomed Grandee Vegas I was going to let LCB know this and especially the "EXCLLUSIVE SIGN ON BONUS" The attitude was basically, Okay, what ever from them. Jeez! Been on here for the last 30 min. and haven't accomplished one darn opportunity to play. What is going on with the weekly bonuses? AGAIN, either they are expired in less than 24 hrs or call customer service. Getting really tired of playing cat and mouse games. >:(

I know when I signed up and tried to take advantage of the deposit bonus they said I must have registered through the wrong affiliate.  I only sign up through one affiliate which is this one.  They said they couldn't tell me "but we can offer you.."  Of course I still played cause I was still a newbie and thought maybe I did something wrong.

I too get tired of the games.  Just as you think a casino is the best in the world they change the playthrough from 20x to 40x on bonuses or something else.  When I first started playing I thought wow look at all these huge bonuses.  As I started I realized that it all comes down to like it does at a land casino - you basically gamble with whatever you put in a machine/casino (not using deposit bonuses or you've got a world of Ts and Cs) but it takes at least a few days to get your cashback with most casinos instead of at a land based casino and you cash out your ticket right there.

However, I will still play because I like too and therefore if I know the BS that goes with it then the downsides to it are on me.

But you have to know that they have new owners now.
They are now under Jackpot Capital.
Jackpot Capital is very recommended and trustworth. This exclusive sign up bonus is from the time if they was under the owner before.
So you cannot make Jackpot Capital responsible for that in my opinion.
The GVOCEAN freebie was send out to people who did deposit there before, so you will not be able to redeem it until you did deposit there before. I think this Casino group take really care on theire players, but you have to deposit to be a loyal player. I like too freebies so much, but we cannot expect that we only can use theire freebies without any deposits. I hope you give them a chance and show them your loyality with a small deposit, maybe it will bring you the big hit, maybe they appreciate it and send you someday a freebie too;-) goodluck Josie

Heya Josie I think she is asking about a deposit bonus, so therefore I think she was going to deposit.

I don't think it was a good move for Grande Vegas IMO. I think they should have stayed who they were, they were already a reputable casino.
