- Anyone ever play the game Thunderstruck for real money [microgaming]? I kinda like the game but the only time I have ever played it is in freerolls. Only problem is of all the times I played that game I start with 5000 chips and end with 500-700, so it seems like this game never wins anything. Any of you guys do good on this game for cash??

Never played it for "real" - just tournaments, the same as you. And yes - its rubbish. I never win on there on the tourneys.

- Thunderstruck is one of my favourites.
It can play crap, but once it starts paying its usually alot.
I've had many big hits on it in free spins, 2 weeks ago at 32red I hit a full line of dsticks + wild in the free spins.
2 spins later I got 5 of the green horns on top of that.
Just check it for 30-40 spins or so, if it won't show the scatters and the wilds alot, better leave it alone.
To me it seems that games pay less in tournament mode, I never hit anything worthwile either on TS in tournament mode, same goes for Avalon.
Btw, Satansmuff, may I ask how fast is your PC?
Do you have a high-end videocard?
I was playing Red Flush the Lady's Night tourney last week and saw you ended with only 600 coins left.
I ended with 1700 coins left, and had no freespins, so you can play almost 25 spins more than me in the 5 minutes.
For me, on Ladys Night or thunderstruck tourneys it takes about 8 seconds for the slot to complete a spin, its awfully slow!
So I'm thinking about an upgrade, just need to be sure it makes a difference..
Oh my God. Yes - sorry satansmuff. I'll update my post. Why did I think it was Imagin. Sorry about that satan.

I'm on a high speed ADSL connection, that cannot be the problem.
Its only in tournament mode that they are so slow, its frustrating.
With that new lobby they became even slower, think I'm gonna try another videocard first.
Thanks and the best of luck to you!!
Every once in awhile tourneys run really slow for me also and sometimes thereels will jst spin without stopping....this happens a lot at Allslots. When i'm playing a freeroll it's no big deal, but when I buy into a tourney and this happens.....oh man do I get pissed and when I contact support most of the time they will not refund my game and try and tell me it's my internet connection, which is complete bull..............

I play it when I get down to about $2 bucks. I only play $.09 cents but can get my money back up over $10 almost always. Then off to play a different game. But when I come back it doesn't happen again. lol It seems it just pays me when I have the minimum bet.
I had a little play on a Microgaming site tonight - just deposited $25 at Grand Mondial.
I was down to 24c and I thought what can I do with that. Then I remembered what you said about Thunderstruck. So I went on there at 9c a spin and first go got some free spins. Ended up with $6. So then I went on Tomb Raider and won another $15 in the first couple of spins. So I'm back up to $20 bucks. Then I went to Mad Hatters (my favourite slot) and got it up to $200.....Alaskan Fishing up and down a bit but came off there with $290 and just cashed out.
What a great little tip that was. Thanks so much for sharing that.
