        Hi all,

        This thread is about the playtech casino titan casino.

        i made the wager a few months ago and because i won and sent ID to club gold i sent my ID to titan casino at the same time and got aproved but now i did the £20 deposit in order to do the max withdraw of £100 and i requested that yesterday the 07/03/2012 and i wanted to keep the £20 i deposited in my account, i had a balance of £220.47 before i deposited and £240.47 after i deposited, and after i reqeuested the withdraw my balance went to £120.47, it took £20 from the balance for the bonus amount anyway all they have to do is remove £100.47 and leave my deposit of £20 in my account and they still have not done this, this is the first playtech casino that can not do this instantly, that 100.47 can not be withdrawn they are saying when i ring them up the audit team is the only people that can deduct the remaining balance, im totally angry with this casino now,

        if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it, i wont provide my account number in this thread but i will pm it to the person that can help me

        like i said i met the wager for the £20 bonus months ago, it was totally pointless to play with the last 100.47 because i can not withdraw that i was only al;lowed to withdraw £100 , so the deposit i made yesterday i decided i wanted to play with it, but i still cant yet until they remove the remaining £100.47 from my balance, the £100 withdraw is allready pending and was taken from my balance

        errr..from what i read, here is my opinion:
        1. usually after withdrawal is requested all the bonus money will be gone....in your case 220-120=100. it's correct that they deduct 120. most T&C of casino mentioned this i guess...
        2. u deposited 20 so your current balance is 120 < correct..this is the total amount u can withdraw

        yes, but i withdrew £100, so my deposit of £20 should be left in my account, so they just need to remove the £100.47 from my account, and i am still waiting for them to do this 24 hours now, i am really getting angry with this casino

        has anyone had any experience with them??

        so basically they used the excuse saying i betted irregulary, i only played how i always play on slots and like everyone else lol, this is outragious, please becareful with this casino group.

        at least they have sent me my £20 deposit back and aproved that £20 i deposited, but this is really out of order

        the excuse doesnt make sense...
        they just dont want to give you the no deposit cashout that's all...

        I did not see any specific rules as to how you should place your bets on slots, their T&C are quite long but still its not mentioned anywhere, and slots are valid wagering game.

        Their excuse looks not only poor but pretty much unexplained to me.
