  • Hi guys, I am hoping to find out if any of you have been paid recently by Treasure Mile?  I have a withdrawal of $500 that I did 2 weeks ago now, wire transfer to a card.  Because of this, and because of the new laws, I realize it's possible that the bank denied it.  I haven't received the money yet, and am giving TM the benefit of the doubt.  I talked to chat every day this week, today on the phone, and they keep giving me the run around.  They say, we have transferred your case to our finance department and they are looking into it.  Monday I was told I would know more by Tues., Tues. I got a really rude person who wouldn't put me to the finance dept.  Today I called on the phone, and the guy Ray was nice, but no more helpful.  I'm just trying to figure out what has happened with the withdrawal, and if it was denied by the bank, then request a check.

  • Google international wire transfer traces.  It takes time, but if it was denied the money ultimatly is returned to the sender, I just don't know how long it takes.  I am only going to use my quicktender and checks for payouts right now, If I cash out anything big I am just going to do the International acct. in mexico and several trips across the border to get it.

    So If I post I am going to mexico(I Dont go there even though I live 30 mins from the border)  that means I won alot!!

  • That is good to hear, I don't know why I don't play the Grand Eagle group more.. Especally since lucky creek paid my girlfriend 500 on the lucky25 code on something like the 10th time she used it. 

    I don't think I have seen anyone that has really had a major problem getting paid by them(Allthough there was alot of complaining when almost everyone outside of us automaticly had accts under review upon registration)

  • why cant you open a ewallet account and transfer it to that?they do charge you 10 percent but at least youll get your money

  • Danz- I do have quicktender, but they don't allow withdrawals to it.  At least it wasn't an option for me.  I am not going to involve my bank right now with the new laws in effect, I already got my account put on hold for 'fraud questioning' etc.  A check is fine, and thanks by the way, it's nice to know they pay their players.

  • The saga continues.  Today I go to TM's live chat to ask if my check was sent yesterday as promised.  I am told by Ray that it wasn't, because the finance team needs written proof from the bank that it was rejected. Now they say that it was not rejected and in fact went through.  I tell them I never got it, they say they want a letter stating it wasn't received.  I get pretty irritated at this point because THEY TOLD ME that it was rejected, I didn't tell them.  They actually say 'well you said it was rejected so you need to get us proof'.  That set me sideways laugh_out_loud.  Well I started to get pretty ticked off at the run around, and then Ray called me on the phone.  So that's a good thing of them... but he didn't have any answers why this was happening.  So now I am on the phone with the card trying to see if they did in fact receive it, or whatever. 

  • I made a withdrawal from a free chip there a couple of months ago and had it in my bank account within about a week.  Although it took almost a week to get my account verified. I really hope you get this fixed soon hun.  Good Luck with it

  • The new info is yesterday they claimed that the finance team is 'searching for the wire transfer tracking number'.  The bank says they need the WT tracking # to research since TM says it was paid.  TM says they can't find it laugh_out_loud.  NOW this morning, they tell me I was supposed to send in my bank statement and I dind't do it.  They never told me to.  So I just scanned and sent my statement for the last 2 months so they can see that I never got it.  They still have not provided me with the tracking number.  I personally don't think they sent it, I think they didn't do it, then were hoping I would forget about it.  I even deposited with them after I won, so I'm really irritated.  Now that they have my bank statement showing I never got it, we'll see what they can make up next.

  • Regarding bank wire transfers I withdrew from Rushmore.  I did this on a Wednesday.  Friday I received an email saying my wire was sent and to please allow 10-12 for it to be credited.  My first thoughts were "wow that's a long time".  I was SHOCKED when the money was in my checking account Monday morning.  This was my first wire from a casino other than a microgaming casino.  I have not heard anything negative from my bank regarding the wire and this was after the June 1st deadline date. 

  • That's great Bonus- really, I don't think I've heard of this kind of run around other than from the rogue casinos.  I am on them every day only because I know others are getting paid from them, so I don't see why I shouldn't get paid as I won fair and square, and am a depositor.  It is very strange how they change the story every day and can't give me a straight answer on the wire transfer tracking number.  I sent my bank statement to them earlier showing nothing from them at all, so I think they will tell me tomorrow 'OK thanks for sending, we will now issue you a check.'  I think this is their scapegoat for not sending it in the first place. 

  • K... new day new information.  Supposedly they did send it, and the payment was processed.  They magically were able to produce a tracking number today with payout of $480.96.  So off to the bank people I go.  Big problem here.  They can't find the wire transfer anywhere, then they put me on hold for almost an hour and come back asking questions like 'was this an ach or wire  transfer, it is national right, is it a person to person, what is the purpose of this transfer.'  I lie and tell them it was a loan I did online and I'm already supposed to pay some of it back lol, but never received it.  Then they put me on hold some more, come back and ask me specifically for the name of the company that sent it.  I say well I know the name of the company, but I don't know the name of the payment processors or their bank, they didn't give me that personal information.  You guys asked for a tracking number, I gave it to you, where is my MONNNEEYYYYYYY.  Disconnected laugh_out_loudLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL  I swear. 

    I don't think this is a conspiracy, I don't think it was on purpose, I just think for some reason getting this money in my hands is supposed to be WORK.  I have most definitely earned it.  And I don't have an answer yet, now they are 'researching' it and will call me back laugh_out_loud.  I don't know what they want, I think they want me to say it was from a casino but I am not going to obviously.  And anyway, if they have the tracking number, why oh why do they need to know more than that.  Wanna scream over here lol

  • Oh goodness toodles, I am praying for you that they hurry their little tail ends up and give you your money. It is irritating indeed that you are giving the runaround for a while now. Fingers crossed for ya smiley

  • So this morning I chatted with the bank and they said they do not see it, but they will search for it with the tracking number and should have an answer for me by Tuesday.  I asked how they could not see it if it was sent, and it is a valid tracking number, she said she thinks they sent it 'the wrong way' and it got lost.  I'll update Tuesday I guess laugh_out_loud.

  • UGH What a headache this has been for you so far. I sent you a PM earlier asking how it was going...I don't understand what the hold up is. They want you to say it is from a casino so they can deny it. Forget that, keep on them, and get your MONEY! wink

  • Well... yesterday the bank confirmed that they denied it and sent it back.  So I went back to TM to tell them what I learned, and ask for a check.  I guess the confirmation that it was returned has not come in from their payment processors and they don't know anything.  I asked for a timeline, and he said it could take up to a month to have my money reissued.  It's already been a month, and I think he told me another month to get me to stop bugging them.  Oh well.... so much for my first cashout ever. Maybe it will work out, I honestly don't know at this point.

  • I got an email from TM this morning that said they checked and they still confirm that the payment went through and was accepted.  Their payment processors are the ones telling them.  So I call the bank back, explain and they are going to get me a trace number on their decline, and date info as well as a hard copy letter from them stating so.  The casino called me today to tell me also, and I told them what the bank is doing.  So I don't think TM is doing anything wrong, I doubt my bank is, I think it is a middle man payment processor confusion.  Still don't know if it will get straightened out, but I don't think TM is solely to blame.

  • I agree with you, the bank probably declined it because of the June 1st thing, they are trying to be real careful so they don't get into trouble, and on the other side it is showing as accepted.

    I hope you get this straightened out real soon, and you get your money!

  • The only thing that you can do at this point is to provide offical authorized documentation from the final rescipient that transfer was denied by them.  TM will probibly want to wait untill they have conformation that the money is back in their hands to do anything.  As soon as they recive things will probibly move quick.  They know people folow these things closely in forumns and anyone that has any serious money to spend will not risk it untill they see that in the end(however timeconsuming) the payout reached the proper recipient.

  • I still have not gotten paid, and here is the conversation I just had. And yes, I was a little mean but I am SO beyond irritated at this point.  My bank sent me an official letter last week stating they never received anything at all, which I forwarded to TM twice, and that's why this convo.

  • ok, so totally new info today.  Apparently it was sent by a check, no wait, they put in a cancellation to the processors (if it was sent already and paid out?????) and resend once that clears.  I don't know, we'll see.  But as you will read, all of the info is different including the balance!  It was $480, now I guess it's $540.  I don't mind the added funds, but What the heck is going on????????  it's crazy

  • i closed my account wiht them yesterday even told them they were full of sh-- they had me so mad sent me an email with free money but they would nt honor it.  its not the firt time  then on top of that when i sent them the information on me so if i won big if they could pay me i asked them to check to make sure my kids had not joined on my computer at thier address they said there wasnt so i get an email saying i had been playing illegally anyway cuz i had two accounts thats funny cuz i have only been playing on one.  i will not do business with them again. what  a waste of my time and money

  • After all this time, and more conflicting info, Fed Ex came with a check today.  No check cashing places would cash it- 2 said nothing from Canada, and the last who said they cash checks from everywhere showed me that their system refused this company, possibly due to bad business previously.  So I deposited into my bank account, and there was a hold on it.  So we will see if it clears, but I am shocked I actually got the check. And it was $500, they didn't charge me for the courier fee due to all the hassle they put me through.  So that was nice of them.
