          Hi everyone,  I cashed out on Jan 18th with a win of 505.00 from Tropica Casino.  they had to mail me the check because I had no checking acct.  Long story short, i still have not gotten any check.  Every week they give me a different reason why it has not gotten here... takes 10 business days ...20 business days...... and then Monday the 16th they said 30 days  (not business days). So today i tried to get to their live chat and everytime i put in my email and message  the livechat screen goes away...i tried calling and there are no operators available...my log in for the casino is mare1951.  Helllllllllllllllp ... (please)

          This might make you feel a little better. I won 450.00 from Fortune Reel and withdrew by check also. It was suppose to be mailed out on Jan.9th (via email confirmation) and I too am still waiting. I have contacted support and they reassure me it is on it way and I should be receiving it any day. I cashed out on Dec. 23rd. I believe it may be because so many free chips were cashed out during the holidays (as was mine). I too am sitting on pins and needles.....but I knew it would take a long time to recieve it when I cashed it in. I have since then set up a QuickTender account (UseMyWallet) so I won't have to go through this again. I hope your payment arrives shortly.
