        I just made a deposit at grand eagle, and tried to claim a bonus, only to find out that chat is offline.  No prob, they'll be back, right?  So I called their 888 number- received a message from phone company that the number was not valid.  Strange.  I then tried all of the other casinos, and the SAME THING!  If the live help was not available, no biggie, but all of thier phone#'s not working?  I don't know.  Maybe we should all be careful until we can get ahold of them!

        Update-  I received a conformation email from them,  Computor generated, though.  I'll keep everyone posted!

        no offence and I hope you at least get your deposit back but if they are having bad problems it serves them right...

        how can a casino profit for inviting a selected few people only and then give out numerous free chips where many people are cashing in up to $500 for free??

        I was able to cash out $500.00, so either way i'm in the good.  I had (have) high hopes for this casino.  They have been great until now, and maybe they still are.  They had a software upgrade thismorning- I'm hoping that is the problem.

        I contacted live chat last nite, the waiting period was less than 30 seconds.  I emailed lucky creek for my document and got a reply of confirming document received in one hour after.

        SORRY EVERYONE!!!  FALSE ALARM!!! TECHNICAL ISSUES!!!

        They are back online, and phones are working again.  I got my bonus, and all is well!  I just thought it strange no phones, no chat, no nothin!  Better safe than sorry?

        I'm so glad, I really like this casino!

        That's ok, never worry about issuing a warning. I had an experience with Rivals being down, but they came back in less then an hour..But GEE that was a worry for me a poor gambling nut.
