Got an email today from Twist Casino. They offered me a 20.00 chip because todays my bday. I went to the site to claim it in chat like the email required me to do. I spoke with Andrew-sup, who told me I could only claim the chiip by sending me a photo ID that it was me. I told him that they should know it's me they sent me the email and that I didn't have a scanner, which I don't. He was kind enought to credit me anyway. Later that afternoon I decided to play my credits and low and behold they weren't there. I went to live chat and again, got Andrew. He told me that they appeared there for a few seconds and then disappeared because they would not give them to me without a valid ID.
Why would you send an email to your customer, ask them for their user name on chat, see that the email address I gave him and the user Id were infact one in the same customer, and then ask for proof?????
I didn't realize I had to jump through hoops just to get a free chip........ pathetic
