Really honestly this is all going to come down at the end of the day. The bonus offerings that casinos offer to sign up, to entice you to deposit, or the loyalty bonuses given for being a regular customer. This is where 95% of players get caught up because they huge a match bonus or sign up bonus. Take it without reading the fine print, find out later it was only for sports book, slots, or whatever the restriction was. Play whatever game they please.
Then of course we have the other 5% of the complaints, that come with the standard casino we can do what we want clause. This is where the other small percentage of folks get caught up mainly. Whether they won too much at once and the casino wants to point fingers on fraud, or they just don't want to pay.
I can see this doing the industry some good, finally painting a clear picture of what your getting into. Yet at the same time, I don't think this will be a catch all.
