Can someone please help me as now that i have sent Ukash 15 messages in the last 3 days and they just keep telling me I'm putting in the wrong amount, and now 5 messages last night with screen shots SHOWING THEM THE AMOUNT IM PUTTING IN.Now they wont even respond as the shots show the right amount.Is there someone that helps with this kind of thing as Ukash just don't care.My first deposit with this problem was to deposit $100.00 where i only got about half so they sent me a new voucher and somehow on 10 occations i just keep putting it in wrong amount :'( :'( :'(.HELP PLEASE. :'( :'( :'( :'(

Please see attached the screen shots of me entering the voucher and the
rejection replies I am getting.
As you can imagine I am very upset that you are telling me I am not doing it
right. so here you can see I am doing it correct when you open this file
and I am entering the exact figures. As you can also see I am more then
capable to do a dot...........
You should also be able to see I have tried in two completely different
casinos which means it is not a casino error but a UKASH error.
Can you please resolve my issue as I am becoming very frustrated and I am
thinking it is not worth using your service anymore if this is how
aggravating it is.
A quick response and solution to this problem would be advised as it has now
been going on for three days and the level of service I am receiving is far

- Hi Skystar, try this. Visit the ukash website, there is a Toolkit. In this Toolkit is it possible to split and combine your Ukash vouchers. then go as first step to split. there you have to put your voucher in and the 2 amounts you wish to split. Example. one for 5 euro and another one 5 euro. Then you will get 2 new voucher numbers. after this you can go to combine and combine your two 5 euro vouchers in a new 10 euro voucher.
After this you have a completly new Ukash voucher with the amount of 10 euro. This new should maybe work then:-) Goodluck

- perhaps they gave you one of the vouchers that can be purchased by under 18s? is so an online casino wont accept them
Over 18 vouchers have 001 (UK) or 027 (Ireland) in digits 7,8 and 9 of the 19-digit Ukash voucher code
- I can't stop crying email and about 20min later i tried again to split it and What do you know its fixed.boy its been a long hard slog.Well crying that its fixed and thankyou so much for the advice as the split worked.
