For the time being. Their processor went down. CWC has issued out bad checks to its players. And no way of paying them on their CWC issued atm cards. People have been complaining of waiting over a month for payments. Those who received checks. The check bounced.

What you are saying, Chocolateman, is that Club World Casino's online payment system went down over 1 month ago, all withdrawal payments to US players were and are being made via checks (cheques)? And those who already got their checks complained the checks bounced?! Geee whizzzzz!
What about payments to other countries? If the system went down, no online transactions are possible at all, meaning no deposits and no withdrawals. It cannot be restricted to the US only! 8'| -

Hi, I'd just like to clarify that chocolatemans post is factually incorrect in every way, it seems he's made some assumptions and applied them to everyone.
We did have an issue with our check processor which is being resolved and the players will be paid through an alternate processor. The checks that are sent, are sent via a 3rd party so are not directly from us. This issue was with one batch of checks and is really nothing to be concerned about.
Please contact us for the real story as these kind of posts are made without the facts. If you are experiencing a delay in your payment then please get in touch with our 24/7 support team for help. -

Thank you Martyn! I was just going to post a comment similar to what you did as I had email communication with someone at Buzzluck regarding some concerns and was told:
They are having some hiccups on the processing side but expect that to be resolved very soon.
There was a problem with 1 batch of courier cheque and their processor contacted CW, they communicated this to their affected customers and took action to resolve any potential problems. Any other courier cheques are fine I was told.
They assured me that we they doing business as usual despite some ups and downs with processing and expect full volume of deposit processing
back up very soon.
chocolateman....please, don't go posting harsh comments like this without first gathering facts and verifying 2nd hand information.

I think CWC is still having trouble with withdrawals to the US. I have one that was approved on 11/13 through overnight check but I am yet to receive it. I know it doesn't seem that long but It used to only take maybe 3 business days after approval until I got my money.
I've also contacted them and was told two different things. First time, I was told that they were having trouble with their processor and that the money will be returned to my account so that I can request another withdrawal using a different method. Come 3 days and money not yet in my account so I contacted them again. This time, I was told that I should be getting my money via check and that they were having trouble with processor but it was earlier before my withdrawal and that the reason mine is delayed was due to hurricane Sandy. They would provide me with a tracking once they get it via email but I've never received any type of email communication from them unless it's about their weekly promo. So now a new week and still nothing.
I did send Martyn a message when I started getting two different reasons from them but yet to get a response :'( Just hope they can sort it out soon. -

Hi Kitslik,
I can understand your concern. It appears they are letting go of some processors and introducing new methods and is most likely the reason for the delay. This is an excellent group and they are good to deliver in a timely matter. I am sure the casino rep will look into it and can shed some light on the situation and perhaps expedite your withdrawal.

If all else fail...Blame it on Sandy. I remember when every casino and their mothers. Was using the Anti gaming bill that was passed in the US. A full year afterwards as an excuse for late payments. Even though we still had UseMyWallet and a few other Ewallets available. Its never any problems accepting a bet. Its only when it comes time to pay certain winners. I think these casinos should use western union a lot more for payouts. Especially to their well est. players.
