  • Not sure if anybody else has ever done this, but did you know that Adobe PDF has a 'signature' feature that you can use?  Instead of printing out docs and then scanning/faxing, you can actually sign your signature from your computure, save the file and then send that off?

I have used this at a few different casinos with no problem, I tried it recently and the casino kindly just asked me to 'hand-sign' the documents and send them back via fax or scan.

Just curious if anybody else knew about this feature and had used it....

    Thanks1

  • Have done similar things, but not that exactly.

Recently had to fill out a medical release form and sign it "over the phone" for Social Security.  Perhaps it somehow turns my voice into a signature, or at least an acceptable variation of a signature.  This is darn good progress, if you ask me.  And if it's good enough for social security admins, it's got to be good for just about everyone else.

  • I've never heard of it.  Which casino(s) did you use it at?

  • Any RTG casinos have always worked, Cleos is the only one who specifically asked for a 'hand-signed' document after I sent back the one I signed via my computer.  When you save the document you need to sign, it will save as a PDF form.  If you open the form and look at the top right-hand side, there is a button that says 'sign'.  You will have the option to either type your name or write your signature with your mouse and then place it where you want on the document.  You can also insert typed words, for your address, etc.  After you are finished, simply save the updated copy (the one you 'signed') and send that one in by attaching to an email.

I would say that this is probably a 'grey area' with casinos as far as cashout documents are concerned, but there is nothing that I have been able to find in any T&C that advises specifically against it....
