Could I just say something....Before these free chips were handed out soooo many people were griping....Come on guys lets all get along , I love this place but I hate it when fights start especially over something as stupid as a free chip.  Now to the real point, RUSHMORE CASINO SUCKS!  If you want a casino to gripe about its that one, with all my deposits they haven't and will not offer me a single FREE CHIP...Whaattaa CROCK......LOVE YOU VRC jfrye1

I also enjoy the free chips, which i know have come to looke at them as fun money and in fun play.  I just made another two deposits at VRC and both deposits were a no go, zip, nada.  I played for a long time on one deposit but the other deposit was nothing, lasted all of 10 minutes.  The reason I now consider the free chip fun money is because of the wagering requirements.  Who can possibley meet them???  On the $100 free chip the playthru was something like $10,000.  I dont know about you but I think it is highly unlikely anyone could ever meet this!!!  But, hey, it is still fun.  On my deposits the playthru was something like $9,000.  I might have just as well taken my money and lit a match to it.  But, hey, it is still fun.  My point is this:  NOONE can meet these playthru so consider all the freebies fun play money.  No disrespect Nick, but I really think I will wait a while before making another deposit.


And by the way, I also made a deposit at Tropica and the same happened there too.  Nada, zip, zero.  Lasted a while but playthru was way too high to meet.  The reels were way too tight and I couldnt get anything going.

I understand your frustration with playthrough. I can assure you plenty of people do cashout... I see the money leaving our accounts every day from the promos we send out.

However, as a suggestion, you can make your deposits without a bonus. That way you get to cashout whenever you are up.

Bonuses with playthrough are meant to extend play time for people who would complete the playthrough anyways (some people really play their money over, no matter the restrictions).

So if you feel playthrough is too high, just don't take a bonus. You can always play our free chips, which will have playthrough... but those are free!

I understand what you are saying Nick.  However, if I do not take a bonus then I am left to play with very little and the reels just seem to tight for me(maybe it is just me).  If I play a bonus then that gives me more money to play with but then the playthru kills me.  I have already uninstalled ALL the rtg's and will not even read the posts here regarding them (new years resolution is to try to cash out) and the rtg's just dont earn any respect.  I am hoping I will not have to do the same with the rivals.

I have cashed out plenty of times on a free chip and when i deposit. So it isnt impossible to make playthru at all. Thanks Vegas REgal for the free chips that you give out. VCR is the most generous casino for free chips. Even though I don't win they are very generous.

omg please.  Does anyone really think they are generous so you may actually win some money?  Fools fools fools.  This casino is not in the business of giving OUT money, they are in the business of TAKING money.  I have made, YET AGAIN, another deposit here and lasts maybe 10 min.  Not only did i deposit here but i also made a deposit at slotsoffortune and that lasted not even 10 min.  The playthru alone is laughable.  Rival casino will not hit, their reels are so effin TIGHT.  I am unsinstalling ALL rivals and for those of you who are so glad to get a bite from a no deposit chip, just remember you are basically playing FUN money, you cannot win real dollars.

I have made several deposits, 50+ I am sure, always take the bonuses, and have cashed out several times, I actually may be ahead with the casino, and I am still getting free chips with the opportunity to cash out even more.  I love Vegas Regal casino, and would recommend them to anyone!  So yes, I think Vegas Regal is a great casino and I love their generousity!

Casinos are in the money making business. They always have the advantage over the player, its something called the house edge.

ok , ronda, all im saying is that they give you the free chips to play . how many other rivals and there are a lot of them. there is only 3 of them i would ever put money with. they come on here and get involve with the players and give them free chips. to me thats showing us they respect our deposites. wher you choose to spend and play bonus is up to you. hell i played mircos with and without bonus, then i got wise and played without bonus and PLAYTHRUS. i won a lot more money. im at land casinos every week with my best friend of over 50YRS thats our day out without our husbands. if it was easier to gamble on line . and not the dumb regulations in the US. i would be playing a lot on line. but when i lose my alloted amount , im done for the week or day .i dont make trips to ATMS, hoping to get my money back. thats playing smart and not dumb, but thats me, so happy gaming, josie46

totally agree with you rhonda, in terms of depositors this is worst casino i have come across, as regards to the comments about the n/d chips, if you are not interested in trying to win why use a n/d chip just play in free mode. Wish there were a few more like you willing to speak out, sad to see it has upset some people, maybe one day they might need a forum to help them.

Come to Vegas, place your money in the machines, after losing stand up and start complaining the machines are "tight"  "i got nothing for my money".. think someone is going to come by and give you a free chip? My point is.. he works hard to make us happy, and i see no other online casino EVER do what he does, free chips do give us the chance to win some money, we'd all like to win, with every free chip he gives out he gives that chance, so view the bigger picture.
He even does tolerate when we lose and complain, trying to still make us happy, and seems to understand, i've read him doing it a few times here to people who have been disatisfied.

Vegas, you wouldn't be so spoiled as to even get consolement, or a compensation, or even an explaination, you come here to gamble, win or lose and be entertained, and thats what Nicolas explained because thats what its about.
