Vegas Regal Casino discussion

Wow.. you two really get alot from Vegas.. those are some really nice sounding deals, but you didn't get them for nothing...i'm VIP everywhere here in Vegas but it cost me alot of money..food yes, hotel stay yes.. but where do you gamble for free? (free chips we get for nothing, comps we get for the play thats all he can do)  and...i'm sure neither of you walked around the casinos complaining about how "effin" tight they were, and how you didn't get nothing for your money did you? I'm sure you were pleasant whether you won or lost.

You can't walk up to an employee in a casino and says, "gee i lost a 100.00 bucks today, can i have a $25 free chip"..  more then ever online we are compensated

i agree w u satan.  actual real casinos do give u a lot  more...espescilly if ur in good w ur host.  but also remember if u play big money, most likey they will try to be good w u because they want ur money to come back and play/loose.  online casinos kinda suck...but also "real" casinos too when u loose.  gambling is like/worst then a drug addiction,  u can never get enough...  we might win here and there  but at the end the house always win.

It's all fine, i myself just didn't like being called by someone angry about losing a "fool fool fool" for beleiving in the generousity of the chips and the good things he does for us.

Everyone's opinion is important and if, in your opinion, you don't agree with something someone is saying, then you in turn are entitled to your opinion.  The only problem that messes up "opinon" is anger.  

...and I have no idea why I wrote that, it's just what came to me when I read your post Imagin. and my words are not aimed at you...it's just what I thought.  All is good if everyone keeps calm and I can understand why people get angry and why that anger in turn gets angry responses.

I can see getting angry and upset with a casino. I don't mind at all if you want to complain about it and rip them a new hole. But when it comes to lashing out at others, THAT'S WHEN IT GOES TOO FAR.

I've lost obviously more then won on any online and the same with land based. YES I was ticked, upset and kind of grouchy about it. But I never lashed out. I just finally shrugged and went on. What others do (Even if I don't agree) is their business and none of mine.

Oh yeah...I also forgot to mention in my earlier post....when I said all the perks of land casino's I forgot to add in free show tickets...easily a $100 value....oh and one more thing of all those "perks" I get...I get them for TWO!!! It always says free this and that for you and a guest!!!!  So add up the value of everything and times that by two...... 
A few years ago I was actually crazy enough to fly out to Atlantic City with $40.00 in my pocket, just to take advantage of basically a free vacation....I had close to $500 in slots dollars when you totalled them up from all the casino's I recieved them from,[no rediculous wagering requirements with slots dollars...anything over your starting balance cash it out and still have what you started with on the machine!] Anyways, prolly one of them best weekends of my life and still came home with $100, plus I cashed in my comps and at Ceasars Palace you can use them at the mall, so I did a little shopping at the Apple Store on them!!

Ahhh....good times, good times!   

I think all players should be able to post both and good and bad experiences about online casinos, but when the same players continue to bash a casino because they lost, and come short of calling the casino cheats, I think it goes to far.  I like reading casino experiences, but some of these posts in this thread, I feel are nothing more than an attempt to tarnish a good casinos reputation.  Vegas Regal does an outstanding job with its players, and strive to make our online casino experience a good one.
I go out every weekend to the landbased casinos, I lose every weekend, and I accept it.  I don't gamble to try to become rich, I gamble for entertainment.  Sure there have been times when I have become upset, but I sure am not going to go online and post on a public forum that I feel cheated, and the casino is no good.  Just my opinion!  

I think we all have our opinions. Good bad whatever they are, remember they are just an opinion. I, myself have never gotten a free chip at VRC and I have never asked for one either. Have I played at that casino, yes, did I win no. Am I upset about it, YOU BET YOUR ASS I AM NOT MAD ABOUT ANYTHING! It is gambling, I take the wins just like I take the losses.  Like Mistye said, it is a form of entertainment. Take it for what it is, and it is entertainment.

I for one applaud Nick, he doesn't have to come here and give out free chips, he could use the excuse "That is what you call gambling" but he doesn't. In my opinion, Nick you are doing a superb job representing the casino in a professional and friendly manor. Keep up the great job, because I am sure more people than you think appreciate it.

Online casinos, i beleive do the best they can do with free chips and their player comps, you make your choice to play at them, every deposit is your choice, how much your spend is your choice. Just as every casino here is your choice, and to play is your choice, whether you win or lose it still your choice. No one to blame but yourself.
"If you win such and such casino is the best, if you lose..such and such casino is the worst".. Of course.
I don't care who you are, you don't act uncivil in casinos.. insulting players and employees in the casinos, it's not tolerated. You'll get thrown out and not listened to. (i'm adding here because maybe i'm misunderstood, you wouldn't be compensated acting uncivil in a casino, as i've seen the online casino personel try to do for disatisfied persons)
You can't gamble here for free, nor do they have "fun play mode" on their machines.
Online casinos do spoil us.

I have to say from my point of view VCR, Nick and Frank have always been great. They are so good about free chips and also offer everone a chance to win at their contests. I have never been happier with an online casino. If I choose to play I know that I might not win, which is the case most often and I have to live with it. It's not the casino or the casino reps fault we decide to play. Yes, I have visited many land based casinos and you do get good comps if you play enough, but they would not tolerate anyone being unruly or insulting.

Thanks for the kind words. We honestly don't mind critisism. When you guys told us the auto banning system was too sencitive we turned it off, we now use manual reviews. When you guys told us you want faster payouts, we started preparing for that (haven't gotten it down to 1 day yet, but it will happen). Fact is, we owe everything to our players, so your opinion is taking very seriously. The only thing I'm defending against is unfounded, un true allegations

Zuga....I am done posting about VCR....and as anyone can see I said nothing about them. As you just said this is an open forum and everyone has a right to share their opinions. I was simply replying to someone elses post about Vegas comps...Sorry if that post was made under VCR topic...should I not be allowed to post if something is said under a VCR topic? If so I can easily start a new topic for comps....just let me know.

My posts are not about comp points and what all the good you can get from vegas for your money, i get all that too..it wasn't about taunting and shoving what all you get from such and such place...

It's about acting uncivil in a casino and how you wouldn't recieve anything but to be thrown out. No compensation.. no nothing.
That i have seen Nicolas, try and compensate, console, appreciate and be kind to those that have been disatisfied and uncivil. That he does what he can, the rest is up to you with his casino.

The long & the short of it is that "you can't make everybody happy all the time".

Not everyone is always going to see eye to eye. But with a little respect, & good choice of words, I'm sure opinions can be voiced without the attack-tone.

Remember, that reading something is totally different from hearing someone say something. Hence, if read as not intended, there's a great chance of people getting defensive/angry/etc. THAT's a problem.

I also think (just my OPINION) that personal issues with a certain casino or member should be dealt with in a PM. I mean, I missed my soap opera today b/c I was too busy reading attack post after attack post! Good thing it comes on at 9pm again!

I absolutely see the relevence of the post by Nicolas, and feel he has every right to use the words of the player to defend himself and his casino.  I would not like to be called a liar, stalker, or a child either, and would be very offended.  I know that Nicolas and Vegas Regal bend over backward to try to please its players, and it is sad that he is being attacked on a forum where he is not only very active in helping out the players, but has sponsored some great contests. 

Vegas Regal Casino discussions are becoming a like a soap opera, full of drama!  I thank them for my free chips and I like coming to the LCB forum but VCR gets more attention than any other online casino probaly in history!  But on a better note, VCR will be still standing when I am playing in the U.S. when the bill Passes and there will be many more online casinos to come......just a thought.

Can someone please tell me how long the casino software takes to perform a self update of 108? mine has been going on for two days now.

the straight truth of it is casinos as is every other company on earth are about making money.  That said I can say that I was locked out of vegas regal when I joined this forum, one of my first posts (quite possibly my first) was in the casino support forum, saying that I was locked out from a duplicate account that I didn't know about, asking if there was a way to fix it.  Nick quickly reviewed, unlocked, and gave me 3 free chips. 
  I can also say that I made the playthrough on the welcome bonus from box24 because I hit for something like 1500 on a 1c per line playing Scary rich 2 during free spins.  So winning big can happen.
  I seen nothing but excelent customer service from the VRC reps here,  even when there is a nerve struck.  And I can honestly say that VRC is one of the 2 online casinos that I deposit at because of how active, and on the ball they are.
  That is my take on VRC.

I tempted to claim 1200% bonus several times at vegas regal casino, but didn't do it because of one condition in this bonus, that is you must win 2x the amount of the bonus before withdrawal is allowed while the max cashout is only 1x the bonus applies.  VRC, if you read this message, I and problly some other players might take this bonus if we can get this "you must win 2x the amount of bonus before cashout is allow" condition out from this bonus.  If I understand it correctly, I must win $2400 or my balance is at $3700 if it is from $100 deposit before the cashout is allowed, right?

well yeah, sorta.  After you make playthrough.  But I think its:
deposit $100, play with $1300, get that up past playthrough,
then if you get it up to $2400 or above, they'll take the sticky bonus back and you can cash out $1200 of the remaining balance.
