        I played their signup bonus and won playing Slots Machines around €6000.

        I have contacted the Rep here Nicolas Johnson but he never replied.

        They approved all documents but then they sent this Email,

        Dear T

        We are sorry to inform you that upon manual review of your account, the
        decision has been made to deny your pending withdrawals.

        As stated in the terms on our website:
        The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or
        confiscate all winnings for irregular play.

          Hi rissel68,

          Nicolas Johnson no longer works for that casino hence the no reply.  We no longer have a rep for this casino.

          It's bad they have given you no explanation as to why they are denying your withdrawal.  What was the max cashout on the signup bonus that you received?

          another scam, im bored of seeing casinos that doesnt pays big wins! i posted in loco panda thread 1 min ago the same, i cant believe this, they dont pay big wins! they always have some reason not to pay, what is that term of denying a withdrawal? what is that? you go and deposit and is all fine to them, but when u win BIG u cant get their money, thats amazing, well, now i have like 15 casinos i know i will never deposit a penny. Even they are not at LCB warning list, ( they should be )

            Feedback from players helps detrmine whether a casino should be on the warning list (along with other factors of course).  Please share all of your bad experiences.  Obviously if there is only one incident, a casino would unlikely go on the warning list but it is good to hear all feedback about casinos, be it good or bad.

            This maybe the new coming norms with struggling casinos. Pay the same winners and void the big ones. Its seems to becoming the norm for casinos to slow pay. The economy is ugly and not enough players are depositing their hard earned money.

            Ive emailed VRC few times now and am yet to get a response.

            Last email was sent just moments ago, and hopefully they will respond this time. If not then further actions will follow.

            okay, ive finally got a response. For now I wont be discussing this case openly until I get to the bottom of this issue.

            All im going to say is that for now VRC and myself have different views on this case.

            Hi guys and gals,

            I wish I had any news but sadly my emails are yet again being ignored.

            The issue here is that VRC is accusing this player of being an advantage player ( bonus hunter ). And this is where we disagree.
            Please mind there is nothing illegal in being an advantage player as long as no T&Cs were broken.

            Originally they have provided me with rather vague explanation and when I asked VRC to provide me with an evidence of irregular play I got no reply.

            The way I see it is if a casino offers a bonus promotion, and if a player ( bonus hunter or not ) fulfilled all the wagering requirement and stayed within T&Cs then that casino should pay.

            It is that simple. Or else do not offer such bonuses that could be beaten!

            However Im not ready to give up yet, and ill shoot them one last email .
