Vegas Regal Xmas Chips

I am truly surprised that VRC is not giving a free chip of between $20-$30 each day for Xmas like the two other Rival casinos.

......but they are the most generous throughout the year. What other casino gives you more free chips than VRC? I can't complain a bit about them.

You are taking what I said wrong. I am not complaining they are by far the most generous casino. I am just surpised that they are not doing something along the line of free chips each day before Xmas.

I did get the 20 before but that all I have ever got from this one.

I got a an e-mail giving me 1000 dollars on my next deposit of 100 dollars... The Catch... 60X playthrough and can only cash out 2X the deposit. I have to spend over 60 grand to get 200? Not really, I will keep my 100 and deposit it in the bank lol

From what I've read Vegas Regal plays on the low profit, most players for there buck concept.  Meaning we'll get em in the door with loads of free chips, give them great customer service, give them hell of a bonus to boot, and hope they walk out happy someday. (Winner basically)  Which really impresses me about them in an online casino considering most are all about how much profit can i sink back into my pocket atmopshere.

Kind site, I agree.  But man have I lost my arse there.  I always expect to lose, wherever I play, but am always disappointed with the short amount of actual playing time I have at VR.  Money goes too fast.  I do greatly appreciate their customer service and promos.  Nice atmosphere.

They are great and give free chips but their payout is not good. I have lost to much money there and not won.

Ditto to all above. Free chips are great but my deposits went as fast as the wind. Now I can't even deposit with my debit card anymore, works everywhere else, maybe a sign...lol

Sorry to here your back luck. Nothing is wrong with our payouts. Just the luck of the draw. You can see many people from this very forum cash out... many much more than they received.

We even had one person, who is a member of this forum, win a $1,000 free chip from one of our contest and turn it into a $3,000 cash out, without making a single deposit!

Of course, not every story can be this great, but we do see plenty of winners!

I love the fact that Vegas Regal even gives any of us free chips..
alot won't give anything at all, even depositors can't get one at some casinos. Some just a dollar to five dollar in free chips.
We should all just be thankful for what they do.
