          Hi Hymacaw.  I moved your post to casinos as I'm not sure if you have a complaint or not.  If you do, it will be moved to the new Complaints section.

          Blue, its not necessarily a complaint at this point, just needing some assistance in getting some payment issues resolved and their customer support has been rather slack as far as returning emails in any timely manner.  Not wanting to complain....yet...was just hoping we had a rep that I could communicate with on the problem I a having.  Thank you Blue!

          i have had nothing but good luck from Vegas2web casino at cashing out it does take time with proper documents verifing etc but i cashed out 300 375 1500 and 800 just recently got my check  (iuse a credit union so bank deposits can not do ) I always ask for Kelly when i`m at customer support and if she is not there they will take you info and she will get back to you asapit does take time .but you do get paid trust me they are good  hope this helps

                      Hey Rick,  maybe you can help me,  how can we in the US make a deposit to V2W?  I don't know about everyone else but for me, the Visa card (credit or debit) is a dead end.    I would love to play there but can't figure out how to deposit (As is the problem with most Rival sites).

          Not sure I should post a problem I am having with this casino here or in player complaints??  I have been waiting OVER 30 days to receive a $7500 payout and cannot get any help from their support other than the usual fluffy, BS runaround.  Has anyone had any trouble getting sizable payouts from them?  I have had no real troubles with them in the past.  This time...they sent the 1st installment via check (because my usual bank was rejecting international wires) in the form of a check drawn on a Canadian bank, NOT US and they are totally worthless in the USA.  After a 3 weeks wait of trying to fix this problem, I opened a new bank account that I knew would accept International wires.  Informed Kelly in support...she said that she would instruct finance to cancel the remaining checks and get a wire payout in the works.  Meanwhile....another $2500 check shows up after week 3....and then another after week 4, both drawn on US banks.  I contacted Kelly, she told me not to negotiate them because they had been cancelled and to be patient about the payout, it would hit my account soon.

          Here we are...SIX weeks later...and still no funds and now, no one in support will return my emails and when I call, Kelly is always "out".  The last correspondence I had with her was Dec 6th and this was a comment she made which really concerns me:  "It turns out that the account the checks were originally drawn from have been linked to online gaming and as a result seems more complicated than expected.  Under the current circumstances, we’re unfortunately still waiting on the processor with regards to the re-issue of your payments.  I will be in touch as soon as I have any information."  Does anyone have any suggestions as to further steps I can take to get the funds they owe me?
