        does anybody know some way to contact management at vegascasino21. I am having a little difficulty communicating with finance about my withdrawal. Live support is really no help, emails have gone unanswered, and the phone only works at night...after finance and management went home...I need a little help please

        wish i did stewart...i am in the same boat...i have had a withdrawal pending since early june....sent emails after emails even got a response once for my umw account number...that was last week...sent them my account number...still nothing yet.  the addess that i got the email from is support@vegascasino21.com...

        thanks for the info...same as I already have.
        here is the latest...as I am very persistent but never rude or discourteous...I tried calling a few minutes ago...knowing it is about 2:15am there...low and behold...Mark(?) andswered the phone...we talked for a few minutes...the discussion got to my withdrawal... the phone went dead and now nobody answers....you gotta laugh and keep trying

        oh no!!!  that is just so wrong!  don't give up...i do know that top game takes a long time to pay....just keep on them....i finally got paid from aztec casino after 2 and a half months...then my account was locked....whatever!

        omg you all !  good luck getting your money !!!!!!!  Stewart and August I want you to read something.  Go to the top of this page.  Click on all casinos.  Arrow down to you see vegascasino21.  Arrow to the right where u see review. click on that and arrow down to you see comments.  Look at my war with them.  Now keep in mind when you are reading it that I keep getting phone calls from my rep. to deposit more money with them.  Remember on the phone I get told they pay fast, lol.

        why didn't you request the withdrawal? when I reached the play thru of 40x I chatted with live support...actually they were quite helpful at that time...and walked me thru the withdrawal process...showed me where and how to obtain the necessary doc...and acknowledged receipt of the docs...it took 9 ddays to go from pending to approved. (july 9) then I waited patiently for the check to arrive . that is when I started getting ignored, at first live chat was very willing to talk and tried to be helpful...I received sporatic replies to my email inquiries...but...the phone...never was answered during their business hours...Ironically...yesterday I received an email stating that the check was sent on july 16th regular registered mail. How long does it take for mail to arrive from Cyprus? they also said in the email that should the funds not arrive soon to contact the for alternative means to have the funds sent to me. Believable? or just another delaying tactic? I wonder. but I will keep trying...what else can I do?

        at vg21's suggestion I opened an ewallet account to...as they told me...expedite the withdrawal transaction...this was last thrusday...sent 2 emails confirming this...no reply...lets see what happens in the next day or 2...I am trying to give them every benefit of the doubt... we shall see...I will keep you updated

        My withdrawal was finally paid...with the help of Zuga and a few others i contacted.  It had been pending since june 16th...i got it last week.  don't give up stewart...just keep on them....you will eventually get paid.....as for depositing again....i personally will never deposit with them again....just my 2 cents.....
