Videoslots Casino Now Say I'm No longer verified!

        Hi all,

        So last month i got some strange emails from videoslots casino saying, i am no longer verified because they no longer accept birth certificate as a form of ID, i provided them 4 types of ID including skrill screenshot, bank account screenshot, also utility bill and birth certificate, and that was fine for many many months.

        But then last month, they send emails saying that i now need to provide a PHOTO ID, i explained to them i refuse to get one just for an online casino when we do not need them in the uk for making bank accounts etc etc, and they refuse to budge.

        But anyway so they then said if you resend a new birth certificate it will be fine for a further 30 days, so which i did, but then they said once that 30 days expires you cant send that ever again, only a photo ID.

        So ok why isn't any other casinos i am verified in following in the same footsteps?????

        Maybe it is a decision made by videoslots management, either-way, its only themselves that will lose out, they are just pushing loyal verified customers away, just because of the fact they want a photo ID. it is totally unfair, when like i said, i have not had any emails from any of the other casinos i am verified with for a photo ID.

        I mean at one point they used the excuse that it is down to the new UK laws, and i called there bluff on that, and explained well ok, if that is the case then why haven't any other casinos asked me then too, and they couldn't answer that question, and now they say it is just our security team that say we will make no exceptions we Require a photo ID now.

        So yeah, now i can not play at videoslots, which was my best casino i ever played at, Way to go videoslots on losing a loyal big depositing customer.

        EDIT: Something else too add is this, So why did they not deactivate my account? in the email i got they said they will not be able to process withdrawals until i send them a photo ID, but yet they think it is acceptable to still allow a player to deposit, they should deactivate accounts and not allow even deposits. it is a shady practice to still allow you to deposit, if you can not withdraw either, and videoslots is not the only casino that do this, but still it is SHADY and needs to be stopped this too.
