        But, they hade mad a mistake and credited the bonus manually, TWICE!!!

        i played, and played, and played, till i had wagered enough for the requested rollover, as i was ready to withdrawel, (but as you make withdrawel request at cashier, it says minimum hundred) but i was still at 430, so i decided to play till i was down to exactly a hundred to go to make my withdrawel.

        But know i had a problem, because minimum cashout is 100, and they know deducted 50 from my 100 , so here i went again playing, and offcourse lost!!

        as followed i emailed support, and i am not a &^%hole, so i suggested a deal:

        I didn't noticed it, but now my account was reduced till 58, and i had to go on for a minimum withdrawel of 100 as stated at cashier. And i lost all. I think this is not right, I had made the wagering requirements, but played at the casino till i was down too a hundred for cashout. So, lets say we both made a mistake, (i didn't) but lets say i did, and as a good gesture credit 50 to my moneybookers account, as it will be fair.

        I would have let them know they made a mistake right away to avoid this situation.  Then before trying to cash out, I would have talked to support about the extra $50 if you dind't let them know right away.  If you had let them know while you still had enough money, they would have taken their $50 back and you would still have been able to cash out the $100.  As of now, I don't know what to advise you.  I don't think they will give you anything further but maybe someone has some advise how to get them to.

        I really don't see them giving you any money either. Although it was their mistake, maybe you should have told them about it when you noticed it. I don't know what else they could do. I mean maybe they have a rep on here that can help you out.
