I have been a consistant depositor and VIP at Casino Titan for nearly 2 years and have never had an issue with them. Following my recent withdrawal and only receiving 1/2 of my withdrawal amount. I just received an email that stated that "management has decided you are no longer able to get deposit bonuses", wording to that effect. There was no information as to why they decided to stop my bonuses, something which I consider VIP's especially should be entitled to.
My deposit bonuses were cut off at Slots Jungle following my first withdrawal payment.
After repeated attempts to find out why my emails were never answered so after a time I stopped depositing at Slots Jungle as I felt they didn't deserve my deposits or support. After receiveing the email from Casino Titan, I have asked that they close my account as I also feel I should not support them.
I would encourage all players that have been cut-off from deposit bonuses without any explanation and who have followed all terms and conditions and have been loyal depositors to also close their accounts to show their disgust with the unfair practices by managment and failure to provide any explanation or terms specific to bonuses on their website. In addition to the fact that they refuse to advise upfront how a players level is determined in regard to payouts. They seem to arbitrarily decide when they will pay the full withdrawal amount and when they won't. I had always received 100% of my withdrawal until my most recent withdrawal when they decided to only pay 1/2 of it.
They should not be on the approved list and we must all question them regarding this and get a clear answer before we make further deposits. I am p.o.'ed

Online casinos work with different bonuses, unlike land casinos for example, but it is a "bonus", not something that a casino has to offer.
Unfortunately, that is not something i can interfere with. I can assist if there are issues, but this is strictly a casino decision and since I'm not a casino employe i cannot assist in that matter.
As you have said, it's your decision as a customer/players, whether to keep on playing there or since you like playing with bonuses, to switch to a new brand.

I don't think we should stop posting on this thread because after players receive the "management has decided you are not eligible for further bonuses" you are still offered bonuses via email and via pop-ups when logging in to the casino software. Plus, just who exactly is called a VIP. I was. And the advertised benefits of such are the deposit bonuses. Plus, eventhough you are still eligible for your comp points you have to jump through hoops to claim them.
I am very mad. And, after being a consistant depositor and vip for 2 years I cannot support the group anylonger.
Sorry Daniel, I know it is not your fault and I appreciate all your past help; but the management needs to reaccess their policies if they want to keep loyal depositors and players. -

They never give a reason, always paid 100% of withdrawal amount even when over $1000.00 then suddenly only paid me half and discontinued my deposit bonuses. Seems to be arbitrary and not a term on their website as the website only states that the payout upon withdrawal is based on the players status, but, when you ask what your status is and what it means in terms of withdrawals, nobody can answer your question.
Can either one of you (footdr. or gwolfman) elaberate on your withdrawal being cut in half? What was the reason for the withdrawal being cut in half?

The above messages should lead anyone to realize that risking their money with these casinos IS a losing proposition and therefore, should be avoided. Of course, I long ago decided to do such and after seeing the responses to the customers complaints, I am VERY glad to never have had to suffer with these casinos and their made up (On the fly) rules.

This group had AVOID written all over it from Day 1. Under its old ownership Casino Titan was decent. One has to realize things are not the same as it was 1 year ago...Hell even 1 month ago. Casinos are struggling. They can't afford to keep paying out big hits. When they only having nickles and dimes (small) depositors. So they need for you to risk your own money in hope of you losing it faster. Inorder to cover their winners. It wouldn't bother me one bit to see some of these fly by night joints close shop. Online gambling has taken a turn for the worse. I've been doing it since 1998. It used to be, if you accept a bet you pay the winner. Wasn't no stalling payments and making up lies and deceit. The casino even paid fraud rings and bonuses abusers. Afterwards locked their accounts. More so today, the games are rigged. They know it. But will tell you a lie that it isn't. When you see the crap happening right infront of your eyes. This is a rogue crooked industry at BEST NOW!!!

well see now this I don't get..though you "do not work for the casino" I am assuming you can get a clear message to them that players are not happy with the issues that are pointed out and as a group of 50K + members I would think they would want to hear our concerns, the ones footdr has mentioned are very valid and affects all of us who play on a regular basis and are considered VIPs as some of them..so though you can't do anything directly I am guessing you have an avenue to let them know that there are some unhappy players here and if they want to keep some of us they may want to reconsider their policies.. -

I also had obtained the highest VIP level with Slots Jungle and after a huge win and having to fight for my winnings ... they only wanted to pay $500 a week instead of the max of $3000 as stated in their t&c, I was also banned from using any deposit bonuses, eventhough there was absolutely no bonus abuse. I never used a free chip unless they gave it to me AND always abided by every single rule that this casino has. It's a shame that a casino would rather ban a regular depositor than to risk them winning. What a roguish thing to do to people that have never broken rules except for winning. They need to seriously rethink their policies. They also cannot give a concrete valid reason for the ban. I think anyone who is bonus banned should be told specifically why.
