  • I've made a couple deposits with Slots Jungle and finally noticed I wasn't earning any comp points when I tried to cash some in. Contacted online support and was told "Comps are not earned for your play but are given out randomly" I have no idea if that is true or not, but I definately have never heard of such a thing. That's gotta be the biggest crap I have EVER heard from a casino, so if any of you guys are like me and enjoy having a few dollars in comps to fall back on when you bust out then you might want to watch out for this casino!

  • I;ve checked the T & C and there is nothing about the comp points.  I think this is a question for Daniel.

I'll bring this thread to his attention and hopefully he can confirm how comp points are earned.

I'll be very surprised if it is as you have been told Satansmuff.

  • I know gold vip club casino doesn't  have comp points, I suspect chat might be the same people as at gold vip club.  I used to play with slots jungle before and yes I did get the comp points, but that's been couple months ago, maybe they changed it.

  • I was playing at Slots Jungle about an hour ago and they were giving me comps on my play as usual... I think it was just the CSR you spoke to santasmurf satansmuff  8'|

  • I was told the exact same thing a couple months ago when I complained to live chat about the lack of comp points being accumulated after I wagered several thousand dollars during my WR attempt.  I was shocked to learn exactly what satan said!  And then, for "no apprent reason", a few days later, I noticed comp points began to accumulate and have been ever since so I really don't know what their deal is.

I also have a question to any of you mods about how the rating is achieved for the casinos that we see to the left of the screen on the LCB main page.  How is it that a casino like Slots Jungle can rate #1 when there has been so many complaints about their payout process and other issues?  While casinos that are quite trusted in our community like Jackpot Capital and the Club World casinos who pay quickly and have terrific customer service...either don't even make the list or are rated lower?  I would certainly NOT rate Slots Jungle as #1 based on my experiences and was just wondering how that rating system works?  Thank you smiley

  • I think I remember Hymacaw's question being answered before.  If my memory is close to 50% the answer is:  its the average from all the members that have ranked that individual casino.

Katt, I did a double take.  cross out santasmurf for satansmuff.

I do have to say satansmuff is my favorite screen name on the LCB website.  I refer to her as Ms. Muff.  The reason is so simple.  In 1981 while I was on vacation I bought a t-shirt that had a logo.  In the center of the logo it said "Muff divers local 69".  Then around the logo it said, " No muff to tough, we dive at 5."

  • Lol....1981 huh...thats the year I was born!

Gunny, I just thought Satansmuff needed a little smile so I did that with her name...
    Hope you did smile Satansmuff...

And the average thing you remember gunny seems right to me... it is weird the different levels of customer service and problems that occur with different accounts... for example, I have better luck with Slots Jungle where it comes to the playtime and winning... I have very little luck at ClubWorld, but I like them and I have just started playing at Jackpot Capital so can't really say how they are with me...

I have had recent cashouts with both SJ and CW... SJ had no problems with my documents and had my money in my bank within 4 days... CW needed more documents once and stretched it to the max period they could while staying within their stated time frame of 7 to 10 days... on the 10th day the money was in my bank... So based on my experience I would put SJ higher than CW if I was rating them... but can see perfectly well why you guys would feel the opposite... just strange they have such differences between accounts... And no problems with comps at any of them.

And then there was a cashout with Silver Oak which of course was a nightmare and took a month and multiple document submissions and an escalation and I finally got the money in a MoneyGram I did not request... Guess we pretty much all agree they don't rate much at all...

  • This is a copy of my chat session when I enquired about the missing comps.

Shay: Welcome to Slots Jungle, this is Shay, how may I assist you?

you: Hello, why is it that I am not earning any comp points for any of my play?!

Shay: May I have your User Name?

    you: xxxxx

    Shay: One moment please.

Shay: comp point are given randomly, most likely to receive them when playing table games

you: WHAT? comps points are earned for play NOT random?!

Shay: im sorry' they are given randomly.

you: ok...thats not true you earn 1 comp point for every x amount of dollars spent...if you guys are gonna try to tell me this random crap then consider my business gone or get someone who knows what they are talking about online for me!

Shay: Comp points are given for playing our games as a gift to you.  They are valued at $1.00 for every 100 comp points.  You may redeem a minimum of 100 at a time in the cashier with no play restrictions.

Shay: that calculation  is after you receiving them.

Shay: how to receive it? it is random.

He did end up giving me a $15 chip which is nothing and even worse had I been able to meet playthrough I STILL couldn't cashout since max cashout for $15 is $75....min withdraw is $100 plus whatever fees you have to pay!!! It's always nice when a casino gives you something they KNOW has no value to you....lol. Give me a free chip that I can't earn comps on and can't cashout with....what a joke!

Oh and on top of thathe even "suggested" what games for me to play where I "might" earn comps...That is one of the biggest no no's if you ask me....NEVER tell people what they should play...I'm paying to play what I want to play and don't want reps telling me otherwise, thats almost as bad as casino's telling you to make bigger deposits, which Slots Jungle tried to do when I made my first deposit......This is really sad, as I was hoping to make this my new casino and I really love their exclusive slot....guess thats what I get for trying something new...useless rewards, RANDOM comps and bad service!

  • satansmuff...i was looking through my old emails for the one i got from a SJ...they said the exact same things to me...that comps r a courtesy...i was none to happy with that i called the casino and spoke with dana who also said the same thing...funny though 10.00ndb in my account next day after the chat...

p.s. i played for over a day and when i seen my comps i was horrified.....it just seemed so unfair..and aside from that 10ndb i have not received any thing since....and those bonuses r crazy...never a free chip to show any apprication for ur business

  • Oh wow i had no idea some RTG casinos gave out comps randomly. I really believed that comps were earned the same way at all RTGs. I would think the policy for points came from the software provider and not the casino itself to keep all casinos on the same page.

    Hi,

The CS is mistaken. The comps are not random. They are issued for playthrough. There ratio ($ play through to 1 comp) is different for different games.

I'm not sure if there are games that issue absolutely no comps. I thought that not, maybe besides War, or something of that type.

Please send me  a PM of what games you were playing and whether it was on a deposit or free chip and i will check.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

  •         Hey Satansmuff,  that sounds like serious backpedaling to me now that you took them to task on it.    Maybe we should reconsider their status.

  • Wow.... I guess Slots Jungle got my last deposit which is too bad.

I just checked with live support and the comp points are a 'gift'.

Here is a portion of the chat.... and my comp points (which were almost nil, once you mentioned it satan, were from deposits.  After 7-10 deposits, I think I redeemed $1 or $2 dollars in comp points.

Giovanni: Comp points are given for playing our games as a gift to you.  They are valued at $1.00 for every 100 comp points.  You may redeem a minimum of 100 at a time in the cashier with no play restrictions.
Gabby20: A gift? What does that mean? They are not earned like every other RTG group??
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to XXXXXcom at the end of your chat.
Giovanni: its our system of the way we decide to give you this option i dont know how other casinos do it

Not what I was just told by Giovanni.

I don't get idea of certain games earning certain amt. of comp points.  That info is nowhere on the website, that I could find.
Are we too guess which games may give comp points and how many?  Do the games change?  Do they change hourly, weekly, randomly?  It would be just my luck that I stumbled on a game and was doing really well earning 1 point per $1 and the 'system' changes that game to NO comp points.

Thanks for the info Satan.  I'm so sorry I encouraged you to deposit there. sad
  • me again.....

Gabby20: Hi, Quick question. Is there a place on your website that explains comp points? Which games give how much and such?

    Giovanni: No there is not

games as a gift to you.  They are valued at $1.00 for every 100 comp points.  You may redeem a minimum of 100 at a time in the cashier with no play restrictions.

Gabby20: Yeah... I get that. Just wondering if ALL games give comp points, just some? do comp points for certain games stay the same or does the system change that?

Giovanni: each game has its own system \

    Giovanni: that never changes

Gabby20: How does one know if the game they are playing offers comp points or how many?

Gabby20: Do you offer a list of games and comp point values?

    Giovanni: its not advertised

Giovanni: and i dont have access at this moment for those statistics

Gabby20: So, we as the depositor, have no idea if we will earn comp points with our play? Sorry to be a pain but this info will determine future deposits.

    Giovanni: we offer them

Giovanni: we dont have to but they just dont post it on the website

Giovanni: if you send us an email i can get you an explanation on every games comp point system

Giovanni: but me personally i dont have that info on hand

Gabby20: That would be great. What email please?

    I'll post the games/comps if I get a reply

  • It's not your fault....I sent a pm to Daniel and now I'm waiting to hear back. I'll let everyone know the results. If he can get this taken care of and compensate me for the troubles I might just continue to play there....if not then ADIOS Slots Jungle!

  • Well, I got a reply.  I was told I would be getting a list of games and their comp value.

  • Hi,

Never saw this thread until it was pointed out (thank you).

Here is the reply i posted on another thread. It's regarding CasinoTitan. I will check specifically for SJ.
    ___________________________________________________________
    Hi,

Checked that a bit more: in CasinoTitan, the comps for almost all the games, including all slots is $10 for 1 comp. Then the comps to USD depends on VIP level. For new it's 100 to 1.

There are some games like roulette for example that have slightly different rate.

Slot tournaments and Sicbo do no generate any comps.

    Best,
    Daniel

    Dang TAAADAAA you must be a V V V V V V V V V V V V V V V VIP!!!
  • Hi,

    I've checked regarding Slotsjungle.

The support is right in saying that COMPS are bonus- they are.

Yet, they are not random and generated in 100% linear way.

You get 1 comp for every $10 spent (almost all games, besides few).
It is varies according to players level: vip need less $ per 1 comp. Bonus banned players earn no comps.

One things regarding SJ is that you couldn't generate comps on few new games that were lately released. Now it is updated.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

it's been that way since casino titan just opened for business.  I thought they would change it after casino titan was sold.  They did, but probally just for some certain players, but not me.  I'm not a VIP there yet kat after all these yrs playing with them, hehe.  It's all right though, I need bonuses more than comp pts and I'm thankful that they still grant me the bonus, unlike winpalace and slots jungle.

hi daniel i sent u a pm yesterday...i see u say that comp points r earned...i played for a day and half and my comp points did not add up i thought something was wrong or the system was down...when i contacted chat about it i was told the exact same thing about the comp system...that was in july...and nothing has changed with the way they r givin out...i even called and spoke to Dana and she said the same things that chat said...seems that the only time the comps went up was when i played poker...i asked what was my playthrough and they could not answer...i told them if i was playing with a bonus i bet u could tell me my playthrough...i really hope this matter is looked into because i feel so cheated...
  • No worries.

First: the new games were added so that all slots and most of other games would earn comps (on $10-1 ratio).

Regarding your PM i will reply privetly.

It seems ALL live support and emailed support is giving incorrect information.
I was told via live support it is random and I would be emailed the list of games/comps.  This was the verbatim email received.

  • Well, I got a reply from Daniel this morning and he said it was taken care of...went to my account and sure enough the comps were there...BUT they offered NOTHING at all for all the trouble even though I asked. You shouldn't have to hunt people down and go back and forth and wait for days to get what you are supposed to already be earning in the first place and really sucks when their employees don't know the first thing about their jobs! Am I gonna play there again????  Don't think so, not worth all the trouble...especially when they can't say sorry and give thanks!

  • satan:  Had you accumulated NO comps?

Also, it's funny you mentioned a $15 free chip when the min. cashout is $100.  I was thinking the same thing last night, not just for Slots Jungle, but all of them.

  • Hi,

Few things that I wanted to say:
    - First of all: the comps weren't accumulated only on some of the new games that came out this year. It was fixed.
    - The support was/will be instructed accordingly.
    - Free bonuses: yes, sometimes the free bonus max cashout is below $100 (min withdrawal), but we also can't give always $20/$30/$40 chips. Yet, if you win on $15 chip for example and get $75- you can deposit $25, don't claim any bonus and cashout the whole $100.

Satansmuf: you might be right, yet, you were given a free chip, besides all the comps that were adjusted as needed.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

Thanks for the explanation.  I was wondering how it worked if I deposited with a balance remaining from a free chip.  I could never figure out it worked.  Just so I'm clear.... If I got a $10 free chip and got it up to $42 and made a deposit, could I withdrawal the $50 from the free chip and no limit on my deposit?

Don't know why I'm asking... I never cashout.  I have no self control. wink

I'm editing myself.  I read your reply again Daniel and think I misunderstood...my question is probably so far out in left field.

    *nevermind me*

satansmuff. i was glad to see that the comp system was working again..and my comps were adjusted..but shoot a free chip would also have been appricated for all the hassel i had to go through with cs...

glad things r worked out and yes i would deposit again..

    thanks again Daniel

  • I understand that...BUT having to make a deposit defeats the whole purpose of a NO DEPOSIT free chip!
  • I feel like I have been a negative nelly lately and I apologize to all for that.

Just wanted to say Daniel and Anna (from Genesys) are the only 2 casino reps I see here who respond so quickly and try to answer questions promptly.  We may not always be happy with those answers but our gripes/concerns are not ignored.  Thank you for that. smiley

  • Thanks Gabby for your post.  You are so right and I for one understand and appreciate all the extra time these reps put into LCB, after all it is not their job and they truly are here to help.

Thank you Daniel for sorting this problem out as it affects all SJ players not just Satansmuff.  Thank you Satansmuff for bringing the problem to the forum.  We would never find out about problems like this if it wasn't for our members.
