    Tradition Casino Review

    I'm the owner of Tradition Casino and i'm a french girl, so i'm sorry if my english looks a bit strange sometimes :-) I sent a message to Zuga and he allowed me to post here. i wanted to ensure you that our casino is fair.

    If you have account closed it can be because you opened duplicate accounts in our casino or because you have already opened an account in Rival casinos. Usually, Rival policy don't accept those cases but we're different...

    We're different because first, i'm crazy about gambling and i started to play at online casinos 6 years ago. Several months later, i launched my first gambling site... So, i decide few month ago to create Tradition Casino. I'm not like most of online casinos owners, for sure... I was affiliate before to launch Tradition Casino, that's why i use to deal with players cause i own a french gambling forum.

    Second, we don't want to work like other Rival casinos so we made different setups allowing bonuses to players having already opened an account in Rival casinos. This change is new because casino was launched one week ago and we accept all players only since last Thursday, even if they have already an other account in Rival Casinos.

    But of course, we keept some measures of security against chargeback risks, that's why some players received special notification telling that their account cannot receive no deposit bonuses, or that we can only accept deposits made with ewallets : oft(en it's because they have never deposited in Rival casinos, has opened duplicate accounts, made chargebacks, etc. Please be sure that we have all history of this, so in this case accounts are suspended or without any bonus clamable.

    Concerning terms, they have been changed too recently and we removed the obligation to register a valid credit card before to use the free bonus. It was strange, i know, because Rival system doesn't permit for now to register a card without making a deposit, so we changed terms and now all is ok :-) lol

    I'd like to precise that : if your account is suspended or if you cannot receive free bonuses, this measure is automatically applied by Rival software, so the only thing that i can tell you is that we are dealing with all players each time there is a problem, so please contact us by email if you need to find a solution for unblock your account : support@tradition-casino.com and ask for submit your wish to Emma if english support doesn't give you any solution :-)

    Like i explained to Booie, Rival system give us a rate for all players and we cannot change this rate, even manually :-( We can only try to understand why the account is automatically suspended or why no deposit bonus are blocked. For this, we need your help. Often, players think that they go to play, enjoy free money without never make deposits or open duplicate accounts in the same casino but in Rival casinos, you cannot : the security system blocks your account and the only one solution after this is to deal manually :-(

    Most of Rival casino don't want to try to change the system and allow players manually with "high risk rating"... I understand them because we're receiving up to 250 emails per day from blocked accounts or blocked bonuses, so, believe me : it's a lot of work to examinate each account and reply to each request :-(

    But i know that for most of players, just making 1 deposit in 2 differents Rival casinos, can  decrease risk rating up to a good level and permit to you to get free bonuses automatically if you open an account in a newly launched Rival casino ;-)

    Of course, if my casino could be one of these 2 casinos receiving your deposit, it would very nice from you lol

    I hope that everybody understand me properly, 'cause i know that my english is a bit special... Special like my casino :-P

    Tradition is new to the game and should do everything to first get new players and then to retain them!

    In no way am I telling you how to run your business, I am just giving my opinion based on how it makes me feel and I am sure I am speaking for a few others here!

  • I have a question regarding my withdrawals from your casino.  I withdrew last Friday 10/23 and sent my documents in on 10/26.  I went on live chat tonight to see when my withdrawals would be processed and I was told my documents have not been approved and it could take quite some time for them to be approved because there is literally hundreds of documents to go through.  How long is "quite some time"?  I would like to know when I can expect to receive my withdrawals, I was expecting to receive them this week.

    I also noticed after I made my withdrawal, there is no longer any promotions available???

I don't get this part, I have one acct with each casino and only one new acct with Tradition.  Am I not allowed to register with your casino?  anyway, I email support and they said that my acct remain closed.  shockedwondering if you can help me to resolve this issue please.

    But of course, players never forget to open a post telling that they dont have free chips but thay forget easily to explain what they really received like free chips in tradition casino without never have made a deposit!

    By example, you personnally received 1 no deposit bonus but never made a deposit, so you won't receive any more free chips from me until you make a deposit. I saw you have had rejected transactions in our casino, 1 with Quicktender and several others by credit card. I think you should contact Quicktender because your account has been canceled by them, so what i can i do? About transactions rejected by credit card, i don't have any details, i just received message telling that your transaction is rejected. So if you prefer to play at Regas Regal, i have no problem with that because i cannot do more for you :-)

    Other example, Darren already received 2 no deposit bonuses and ask now  for a new one... I won't give him more until he prooves me that he knows how to deposit, not only receive free chips.

I don't understand why english support told you that your account remain closed because it never have been closed lol I saw you received message telling you that you have other accounts in Rival casinos but we perfectly know that you have only one account in each casino, so we don't mind.
