    I have always had positive experiences with customer sevice over the years except twice.  I treat the customer service people like I like to be treated and it works.  My 2 terrible experience was at Vegas Casino 21, 1 to 2 years ago.  I went to the customer service chat to verify my playthru being reached.  I had already looked it up.  The person lied and told me I was 8000 short to bet big so I would get it faster.  I went nuts.  The other time was the finance dept.  at Winward Casino when they lied more than 1 time that my quicktender account name didnt match my account name at the casino. Customer service got caught in the crossfire on that one.  All in all Ive had a couple of online friendships with customer service people outside of their work at the casinos.  They are just normal average people like us.

    My best customer service experiences have been with English Harbor and sister casinos.  They helped my get my winnings from a slots contest after digging to find my cashout info.

    My worst experience was with Yes We Casino / Blacklights TopGame Casino they kept $300 after making playthrough.  Customer service said I never had enough money to cashout...
