        I noticed two of the casinos, Winpalace and Slots Jungle which were previously on top 10 list for months are gone now.  What happened?  Winpalace was replaced by Lock casino?

        I couldnt tell you ... I have never played at WinPalace....BUT Slots Jungle is really becoming a money pit lately.  Really hard to get any playing time with your deposits, even when you take a bonus .... What I wish was that they would lower the playthrough a little to like 20 times instead of 30.  Give the player a chance here guys!

        both winpalace and slots jungle have been borderline rogue the whole time.  Based on other casino forums, these 2 sites along with others from topgame have reported slow payouts and non-responsive customer service.

        I don't understand why the moderators here, who have supported these two casinos in putting them in top 10 list for over a year don't say anything now.

        why man caseyK are you so completely negative to all these places ? i would go out on a limb here but my guess you individually my not be doing  the best thing for yourself by dabbling with many of us in these online casinos . heck you aren't with many that do in our community i can tell ya that seemingly you have a problem  with the rest of us just coexisting. Oh and if you are trying to imply that Winpalace and Slots Jungle are TopGame then i can assuredly assume all i have said is very true.

        Admin decide who is in the top 10 list - which you know already.  This is a business as Zuga has told you many times - which you know already.  There is a rep (Danielg) who is here to help if any member has a problem that needs sorting - which you know already.

        Just choose not to play there caseyk if these sites bother you so much.

        They are not Top Gaming they are RTG. Winpalace took a week and 4 days to send my check via courier

        You posted on yesterday and already complaining that noone from LCB replied. You do realize it is a weekend right?  And I would like to think that my team and I are enitle to some well deserved break.

        Granted that we usually do work on weekends, but this is coming from someone who is constantly complaing about everything and dont come as a surpise to me.

        Regrading to your statement about this group borderlining rogue just coz some other forums say so, is aboslutely something we do not give any significance what so ever.

        This group has pretty clean record, they pay in specified time frames and pretty fast considering the processing troubles of the US facing casinos , and with no delays. They have Casino Representative here ( Daniel ) who is always helpful and active.

        The only complaints in regards to this group were/are concerning low cashout limits of $/€/£500/week.

        This is something we have pointed out to them many times. Especialy In the last month or two we have been trying to get them to increase these limits to more reasonable amounts. ( Our sugestion was $/€/£3000/week no matter of the player class or VIP level )

        As to this moment we havent been successful in our intentions. However our contacts did acknowledge the issue and took it to the higher stance.

        We believe this is already taking too long to fix, hence our decision to remove them from the TOP10 last week, until this is changed.

        This doesn't mean they are not to be trusted, but rather that they need to work on it in order to provide better service to their players.

        caseyk, one thing I can tell you is that this forum and site are obviously keeping an eye on things as far as the casinos go, or they would not have taken them off the top 10 while what players are having a problem with is resolved... that to me is a lot more helpful than one of your numerous "trusted" other forums do by just giving them low ratings or bad mouthing them.

        And one question for you also... if all of your other "trusted" sites seem so accurate and right on the spot to you (enough so that you come and quote them here) why are you not hanging out on one of them and spouting your doom and gloom to people who agree with you? Your negativity rating is 100%

        Bravo to Tim, Blue, Zuga and Kattboots! I have personally been like a boiling tea kettle ready to spout off.

        LCB gives complete free rein to comments and rarely censors because we believe in giving liberties to members. But Lord have mercy Caseyk your negative comments are nonstop. And the thing is if you really felt this neg about online casinos why are you hanging out nonstop at casino forums. It just does not add up to me.

        If there is such a praise for other forums and you feel they are more trustworthy then by all means you have freedom to leave here. But your relentless bashing of LCB and online casinos is getting really old.

        We welcome all comments, it is what helps us all learn and grow together but surely to God you have had a positive experience too or you wouldn't be lurking around gambling forums. I hope we can look forward to reading some of your good experiences as well.

        In regards to the $500 weekly cashout.  I have read good reports if you contact Daniel, they'll work out something to get the rest of your payment to you in a more reasonable time.  While I don't agree that it takes a rep to get that process going, it shouldn't be taken as there completely rogue.
        The reason why I read about so many people crying wolf over the WinPalace group is mainly, people are horrible bonuses abusers.  They'll take more than 1 free chip in a row.  Play from a banned country, playing a game they shouldn't have, or done something they knew wasn't allowed under the terms and condition of the casino.
        I mean if you took all the above conditions on why people would be upset that there not getting paid.  That would apply to about any casino, be it a well known good casino or be it one that is downright horrible casino that no one in there right mind would touch.
        I don't understand why people go about bashing a particular casino.  If your not winning, not getting the play time you want, or just not being able to deposit via your favorite method and not wanting to pay the fees of the others, or not happy with there cashout terms or methods.  Then by all means vote with your wallet and move on to another casino that you feel might be lucky.
        As for particular forum bashing, I feel that some people don't agree with certain actions of moderators and admins of the sites.  Which happens, were human.  Were not meant to agree with everything, everyone says.  Mainly because we all have our own opinions, but it's not meant to say were not entitled to it.  If this place says WinPalace is doing everything in the right to meet there standards.  Then let them be, as far as I see this site hasn't steered too many people wrong.  They give warnings when due, and praises when due as well.
        It's like anywhere on the net, it's a melting pot of information.  We share our wins, losses, sorrows of a good lost deposit method, sorrows of processors running off with money, and just casinos playing downright stinky.
        I think I've rambled on enough, but I'm sure you get the picture.

        I've been at Slots Jungle for a long while now, and I've never had any issues with them. Support/chat have always been very helpful, and I've never had a problem getting to speak with somebody.  I have had 3 or 4 payouts with them in the last few months, the last one for almost $1,000, and they have always paid me with 10 business days. They did split my last payout into two payments, but that was not a problem for me. Slots Jungle has also been good to me with free chips, most of which I have to ask for, but at least they give them. I play at a few casinos that will not give me a free chip at all (because I take deposit bonuses) even though I have NEVER had a payout with them and spent LOTS of money with them. I use deposit bonuses with SJ almost every time, but they still give me free chips. I have no complaints with SJ at all.

        I have just started playing at Win Palace and have not had a payout yet, so I can't say anything about them yet. But I do know the few times I have spoken with chat, they have been very friendly.

            most of these places are ok if you are only making small withdrawals....it is when you make large withdrawals they will turn on you...if you deposit 2000 and then withdraw 1000 they are ok.....if you deposit 1000 and then withdraw 2000  then you can see the problems.....even the blacklisted rogue casinos payout 500 easy..it is all about the amount

        While I don't play at any of the casinos that are owned by the WinPalace, it wasn't that I was "screwed over" as the reason I left them. It was because I could plain and simply not win there. I tried and tried, just couldn't. So I moved on.

        The payout scheme they have isn't the greatest, but they do pay. And to be honest, who wouldn't like an extra 500 bucks every week or too. Granted it would be nice to get your full payment at one time, but it goes to show that they do pay. I think if this group would re-think their payment structure, and implement even higher withdrawal limits, they would see alot more happy players.
