        I wonder sometimes what on earth they are there for if they don't answer you, seriously why have online chat support if they just ignore you, don't know the answers, are disrespectful in their welcoming (answering chat notifications with "hey") or are unknowlegable in your situations, none of this is support, it's hell

        I signed up at Casino Grand Lux a top game casino did all i was supposed to do, contacted support for help.. "hello there i just signed up and i'm wondering if i might be honored with a free try chip and i would like to know about any specials you are running"..  10 minutes went by... meantime i'm checking out deposit and withdrawl methods, again i posted to chat window..  hello anyone there?.. another maybe 10 minutes went by.. still no one answered.. i was like hmm.. thought a minute, i'm like sheezzz they must be very busy.. then thought to try another approach.. "i really need help with this 50 dollar deposit" within a half a second i got a response..  the person said "hey" and nothing else.. and then i said... GOODBYE! 


        Now on another note.. theres another casino i found... this one is not top game but has the same name, i didn't sign up at this for it is no USA but i did get to play the games they are really nice, i know nothing of this casino, but thought maybe some of you might want to check it out

        Chat at many of these online casinos are worthless. I think we as the player know more info about the casino then they do.

        I suppose if they can get away with and do not have supervisors to lead the way to proper PR skils then they just don't care. Many of these live chat operators are not trained properly and really don't know too much. The only thing they are trained to do is offer a deposit bonus, beyond that forget it.

        Live Chat is the go between and the only live person that we can talk to and represent the casino and i think good service can go a long way.

        Have not played at the casino you posted about, but will check it out. I assuming this is for US players?

        I've been frustrated with support more times than not. I appreciate places like this where we can read about the best places to play. I have saved many deposits by reading what our members have gone through. Lips is so right in saying that we the players know more about what's going on than they do.

        You must have the patience of a saint Imagin. I would've lost it.

        Lips it's just rediculous, seems to me they are wasting (our deposited and loss money) to pay them lol .. i want more for my money than "hey".. rather they use it to develope the site with new games, features, more innecentives and perks..

        Casino Grand Lux is Top Game and does accept USA (as far as i know because i couldn't get chat support to help me) i was able to sign up and log-in

        The other Grand Lux Casino (same name different casinos) does NOT accept USA, i played a few of the games in playmode, they are interesting i had a little fun with them

        im with you imagin,ation, i 100% agree with you and lips, most support is worthless and pointless, the worst i find is the RTG and the playtech casino support, playtech are the worst for advertising deposit bonuses in support when they do finally answer and they just take forever answering what we ask, i sometimes have to repeat the question 5-10 times before they finally answer then i realize i been in that chat for an hour, sometimes longer just for them to answer a basic question, shocking, just shocking lol

        Yes i downloaded it and played in play mode, i did not register i cannot as i'm usa, i usually download all downloadable casinos to play them, i prefer that over browser.

        However, despite how bad or good the chat might be, they are in MOST cases helpful when you need to know about their detailed, complexed and sometimes confusing bonus rules, wagering stuff, deposit/withdrawal issues, technical issues and T&C.

        I once had a technical issue where I got automatically banned because I hit the jackpot 3 times in a row and rolled a nice win. I was surprised and annoyed. I contacted their support and then they had to pass the message to their technical department. After 1 working day, I got it all cleared, and they explained that it was a technical malfunction of some sort and they had re-opened my account AND added €100 to my account with just 5x wagering requirement, including the amount I had there before the game got screwed up.

        So. That I wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for the chat system they had available.

        BUT, I can still understand your claims that they are horrible at most times. Why? Because they don't take it seriously enough. I've spoken to SO many retarded chat hosts that I've ended the chat myself and tried another time to see if I get a better host, and that seems to do the trick. So yeah, they can be utterly frustrating at times.

        One should also take into notice that OFTEN when casinos provide a BAD chat support, it's mostly because of the known-factor of the casino. That doesn't automatically mean that i.e CasinoEuro, who got a really powerful and knowledgable chat support, can have their bad moments too, but that many non-known casinos got not so good chat support. I've experienced that many times, and so have you guys too, it seems.

        Not only that, but I've also read several posts and articles from my time that players from USA are always taken less seriously, mainly because they tend to be too arrogant, cocky, i-know-everything and/or just doesn't know how to use their casino. It's a weird excuse, but it's a fact. Well, maybe not so much nowadays, but yeah...

        I hope that I can be of help to SOME of you guys when I start my chat support days again!

        The worst case scenario about live support is if they dont answer at all, that is when you cant do anything about it.

        In most other cases where support is unprofessional i still managed to get some answer with a lot verbal effort, but without flaming and arguing. If you argue with them it will almost always result in failing to get info you need. Another thing is that they maybe dont know the answer you are looking for (it is comical but still very possible), it really was more than once i had impression they are avoiding answer simply because they dont know it.

        I found myself in many similar situation in life, for example when i go to bank and absolutely none of the employes know what bank statement is, what is moneybookers and similar. Its unbearably frustrating but sadly nothing to do about it, there will always be unprofessional ppl everywhere.
