        my qt account...and received my money...i faxed in all required doc....

        now i have requested a withdrawal from the on the 3rd and the 4th of nov..in the amount of 1,200, 800 and 300 the 300 i just reveresed...now after i reverse the 300 i get a email fromthem asking me to verify i made deposts all the way back to the required deposit in sept...i though that once u fax doc. they dont ask again...

        i am fuming mad right now...i guess this is to hope i reverse it all, but beleive u me that is not about to happen...

        if i have to fax forms back every time i cashout this is it for me as much as i love vegas regal i will not be subject to this every time i cashout...they wait until friday and ask for these forms which means that i will not receive my money until some time next week...i am tight right now...

        pm'ed nick yesterday and he never got back to me...i am so hot right now...they even asked me to verfiy my qt deposit that i had to make to withdrawal back in september...

        i truly think this is just to get me to reverse..i have not heard anythng from them until right after i reveresed the 300 which i lost very quick...

        That is sad that these casinos have to play so many games with players especially the loyal ones. All because you won a few hundred dollars. They have millions and counting! It is getting to the point where I am scared to deposit anywhere, they are taking the fun out of it :'(

        Nicolas, is usually Johnny on the spot, so maybe he is just taking a little break or maybe he is trying to fix it for you and will pm you when he has good news ::) I really hope this is the case because you don't deserve that! And I was just getting comfortable with Vegas Regal mainly because of Nicolas! Please keep us posted

        ty for u concern slot junkie, nicolas got in touch with me and said the same thing that support says 2-5 days...but i read in another forum where he said they r trying to shorten that time frame...but it takes time...

        they said that i would have to refax the documents because i used my cc..but on the paper they want me to sign it also has my qt deposits on there...which i dont get...

        i sent them an email to see if they received my docs. since they did not send me one saying that they received them...and it said it should be 1-2 business days...so like i said more than likely tues...

        so i uninstalled it from my computer...i will consider putting it back on there when i get paid..

        i am a little upset because the 300 that i reveresed was for me to leave in my qt account to spread around at a couple of casinos...instead i lost it all back to vr...

        its all about control though...so i blame myself for that....

        but there is nothing nicolas can do and i completly understand that..

        Oh, maybe that is why he is not answering the pm's. I thought it was so not like him not to respond. He ask me a question and I answered and he never replied.

        Thanks for the kind words. About CURTSONLYLOVE1 I'm really sorry to hear you are going through this inconvenience. Right now it is necessary, but you can be sure we are working on improving our procedures.

        P.S. this doesn't happen on all cash outs. Most of the time it is smoother, or there would tons of threads like this one. We don't want to stall your payout. We just need to run some security checks. And that is one thing I can't mess with. I'm here to make sure you guys are satisfied, but security is here to ensure we can stay open. You guys have no idea how much non-kosher issues we have to deal with. I'm sure CURTSONLYLOVE1 only got caught up in procedures which should only be applied to players that do pose high risk.

        ty nicolas so much...i think it was more of the inital shock..of thinking i would have a smooth withdrawal process since i been through it before...but everything happans for a reason and i am glad that it didnt go through right away because it would be sitting in my qt account and i would have played it back before the weekend was over...i have to wait for my wired plastic card so i can take the money out of qt which should be coming sometime next week..so it all works out fine...i should be getting the card and the vr withdrawal all at the same time....
