I transferred funds from my netspend to my quicktender both Friday and Saturday. I tried to use e-wallet express last night but it wouldn't work. There was a message on the right upper side of the page saying they were having technical problems or something. So hope it will be fixed soon.

I found out this morning that EwalletXpress is pulling out of the US market. I noticed you can not deposit using your checking account anymore. That option is not there. The only options I have listed are Money Orders, Wire Transfers and Bonus. I do not know what the bonus is though. I was told I could withdraw the funds from my account, but I did not ask about depositing.

I just made another deposit from my bank account (live in the US) to Quicktender and it immediately went through. I asked Quicktender customer service last night about any changes to their processors as far as gift cards or prepaid debit cards have been made as I had been depositing via gift cards and now they won't go through. But I have had no issues going through my bank. They generally charge a fee of 1.25 per transaction under 100.00 more or less (this is the bank fee).

I have tried Zuga, I have over 10 grand in my account from my win at LuckyRed, and there is nothing they can do, everytime you go to live help they give you a different story. I am really getting nervous now, because I also have another grand in withdrawals from other casinos that have not hit my account yet and they were all processed on Monday.

I'm trying to get all my ewallet withdrawals redirected right now. They aren't allowing withdrawals and who knows how long it will be. Scary stuff. I'd get the money broken up into a few accredited casinos that offer check payment if you can. You may have to play some...But at least you'll get something.
Something to think about if things get worse anyway -

You can not touch any money in your account at this point. You can not make withdrawals, or deposit with any merchant. My payouts that were processed Monday and Tuesday are in limbo, they still have not hit my account yet, and when I tried to talk to the casinos these payouts were coming from, I was told they were already sent to EwalletXpress. There is nothing they can do.
I guess it is a waiting game at this point. Even though when you go to live chat at EwalletXpress, they tell you it is technical difficulties. Here is a copy of my chat with them this morning.
Lori: Hello, I am wondering if I am going to be able to withdraw the rest of my money from my account before you close the doors to the US market, and when the deposits from merchants that were sent 2 days ago are going to reach my account
Welcome Lori! Please hold while we contact a representative. If a representative does not respond in a few seconds, then he/she is not available at this time.
You are now speaking with John-Henry of Customer Service.
John-Henry: Hello.
We are very sorry, depositing and payouts are down. It's a technical issue on our end and we do not know when it will be restored. It is being fixed so keep an eye on your account, sign in and check hourly as your account will be updated with messages should anything change. Please note that the bonus option is not an option for you as a means of compensation while the service is down. It can only be used by those who have gotten an email stating they qualify for it. We do not know when the service will be fixed so as advised, keep referring back to your eWalletXpress account to see if the depositing option is available.
Lori: Hello John-Henry, that is fine, but I just read where the DOJ has seized your funds, should I be worried
John-Henry: No, we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
Lori: Okay I will keep checking back thank you

I just got told the FBI got them. Does anyone know is ewalletxpress operations based in the USA? I know quicktender is in Great Britain I think. The FBI can seize all their records, go thru them and go after players from the USA that made deposits and withdrawals after checking the data from where the transactions went. Maybe they will throw us all together and we can kill the time with our online casino stories. The FBI better keep their rear ends out of quicktender or my ass will really be in trouble. I hardly used ewalletxpress.

It appears that ewalletexpress has been siezed by US authorities. If you can login , I would withdraw ASAP if possible. Ewalletexpress is remaining tight lipped with no info coming out, but this may also be part ofa cease and desist order by the US government.
As the picture becomes clearer we will let you know what is rumor and what is fact. But for now, if you can GET YOUR MONEY OUT!

comments from other users of ewalletexpress:
I tried to get an answer out of them this morning and got answers to questions I didn't ask and a "no comment" to this issue
EWALLETXPRESS: ARE THEY PULLING A NETELLER ON US PLAYERS?
Reply Quote Printer Friendly
I have been trying over the weekend and this week and ewalletxpress is down, or so they say. They tell me its completely down but the site is NOT down. The pay in and pay outs have been disabled, but I don't see any technical problems or supposed updates going on. I went through a similar nightmare with NetTeller, lost quite a bit of money in the process as well.
Is anyone able to access ewalletexpress by withdrawing or depositing? A merchant paid out on one of my withdrawals but they are not crediting my account and keep making excuses. Same deal as NetTeller. I think we may have problems here. Is anyone outside US able to use ewalletxpress? I sure would like to know. If other countries are able to, that means US players could lose their money here. Oh boy!
I am angry at ewalletxpress not sending out anything about this to their customers. They really don't seem to give a crap about their customers at all. They give this blanket statement every time I try to speak to them and its just plain rudeness dealing with them.
EwalletXpress is pulling out of the USA market, this is very sad as USA players are limited to the available options.
QUESTION:
I DON'T HAVE EWALLETXPRESS BUT I DO HAVE "USEMYWALLET" ALSO KNOWN AS "QUICKTENDER"
DO YOU KNOW IF THE SAME THING IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THEM?
NOW I'M WORRIED! GOT FUNDS I'M GONNA PULL NOW BUT ALSO HAVE SOME WAITING TO BE TRANS.
I can answer the above myself, just spoke to them, and they said NO with certainty. -

I thought the only questionable action could be against the money processors, not the players. The gambling isn't illegal, then, only the institutions conducting the pay in - pay out process. Kinda like it's okay to smoke weed if you don't inhale. . Seriously though, watch your money and be aware of risks involved.

All the money people have in there EWX account at this point is useless. You can not withdraw any of it. They will go through the normal procedures, but tell you that it will be after the technical difficulties are resolved.
I have a withdrawal that I called in for on 11/11 and still nothing. When I contacted them about it last night, I was told there will be a delay on it because the upgrade has caused unforseen circumstances. It does not look good by any means now.

I did some snooping around in the middle of the night to come up with some information for everyone. People that work at an online casinos told me the following (I am using the word he as a general term):
1. He thought ewalletxpress operations were located in Canada. I was hoping it was in the USA so the FBI would stay in the USA and leave quick tender alone.
2. He also thought the FBI raid on ewalletxpress and seizure had nothing to do with depositing and withdrawaling funds from online casinos by USA people. He is convinced it is because of some sort of illegal operation. An example of this could be money laundry operation involving people from the USA.
3. He was very convinced anyone who had money in an account at ewalletxpress its gone and you will never see it again (more than 1 person said this). When the FBI seizes money kiss it goodbye. I only had $1 in that account but it made me sick when I read above people had just received thousands of dollars into their xpress accounts days before the raid.
4. Any withdrawals you have pending double check that you changed the method of receiving your money.
5. Quicktender or better known as usemywallet has assured casinos they are safe and not in trouble or will be in trouble in the future. Hold your breath, they run a clean organization.
I tried to gather as much information as I could from my online casino connections to shed light on the subject. Good luck all and I feel terrible for those of you that lost money. Its bad enough the fight sometimes to get our money from the casinos and now this. -

Thanks for the info gunnylab. Maybe this sheds a little more light on the withdraw problem I'm currently having w/coolcat. All of this must have been going on right about the time I requested the withdrawal, and before any actions had been taken by the casino towards my account ewalletxpress had already almost immediately denied the withdrawal. They did process my account validating my min deposit though just before requesting the withdraw, which just happened to zero out my account. So I guess I should be happy about that. But still, this really sucks since all of my previous transactions w/ewallet had been flawless and pretty timely. Not to mention getting hooked up w/quicktender is not as straightforward as it was w/ewalletxpress. I've already been denied once or twice since I didn't have a sufficient depositing history with the casinos, shortly after they upgraded their registration requirements. What else can we use now to deposit and withdraw to a bank account? echeck?

I have always perferred quicktender over ewalletxpress. The fees charged are so much lower, especially on withdrawals. Please remember to use quicktender you need an invite from a casino. Go to your favorite online casino and ask for an invite. I think but not totally sure you make a deposit into your quicktewnder account and in a few days you are ready to go. Deposits into your quicktender account and withdrawals go so smooth. Ewalletxpress charged $100 I believe for a withdrawal compared to quick tender which is only $30. I honestly believe those who open a quicktender account within a month will say "I wished I used them a long time ago". Oh I just thought of 1 more thing the minimum deposit was $25 for ewalletxpress, quicktender is $40.

well since this started, I saw the writing on the wall and asked my ex favorite casino bet phoenix for a quicktender invite no go, next I asked cherry red they did say yes but have yet to receive that email and I don't believe I will and there are others its upsetting that I want to give them money to play but can't seem to get any cooperation on the casino's part to help me out with that so I deleted them all and this is my last post here, I have enjoyed this forum for quite some time but for me my online gambling days are over I wish you all luck ...........rebecca

Rebecca,
There will be other processors available. You can bet there are some being worked on as we speak. It is going to take a bit of patience for US players to get back in the game but it will happen. The casinos want US players more than we want the casinos!
This very thing happened back in 2009. It took two weeks before ewx was up and running again. At that time it was thought too that the US would be done with. But here is food for thought. There is a lot of rumors but nothing can be confirmed.
When other processors or casinos were ceased by the US gov it made national news and was all over the net and newspapers. This is not the case this time. Has to make you wonder why. At this point i can't see a reason why the US would withhold this information for this long. They never have before!
My guess is they are not officially denying US players with a statement yet because its much deeper than that. Like huge money laundering going on.

Thank you lips and gunnylab.....Cherry Red did hook me up with a quicktender...understand its so frustrating trying to give money and having to jump though so many hoops....The u.s.a is such a contradictions I can go 5 min. in any direction and play slots at a sweepstakes and there not Indian casinos either and I live in Florida but I can't play on line....So patience is the key here

Rebecca, what were the requirements for your quicktender invite from cherryred, if any?
When I tried to get an invite a few months ago I was told that they had changed the requirements to include a minimum $500 deposit history and this was apparently across the board for all casinos that use them. Are they still doing this? I wonder if they would be willing to lift or lower those requirements now considering the predicament we're in?
Gunnylab, the fees for ewalletxpress aren't flat like they are for quicktender. They charge/charged 10% per withdrawal up to a max $150, which still usually put them higher than quicktender though. -

Bradwill, you must be right because I never did a withdrawal from ewalletxpress I was just going off the top of my head. Thanks for correcting me. I only set up an account there because of a withdrawal from one casino in the terms of service it said I had to use them but under the withdrawal tab 2 days later at the casino it said I could do my withdrawal to my usemywallet account.
