        I am getting just totally frustrated waiting for a withdrawal that is going on a MONTH since requested. All I get are you will receive your winnings, or we are having issues with our possessors. You just have to hurry up and wait it gets old! SO WHEN IS ENOUGH? Please someone talk me down. This is supposed to be a reputable casino. RIGHT :'$ :'$ :'$ :'$

        For most reputable casinos, it should take no more than 10 business days (2 weeks). 

        (At this point you may need to talk with Zuga or Blueday about your cashout.)

        Typical withdrawal would be speedy if the processor is processing daily or even weekly. I assume this is related to your Club World withdrawal issue posted in the Direct Casino Support area. The problem is that their processor is processing payments twice per month which postpones withdrawals significantly. I understand your frustration and right to get paid! I am pleased that CWC-Martyn addressed your issue and they are switching processors due to the delays caused. It's a step in the right direction.

        Your correct in your thinking. But wouldn't you think that if what he Say's is that they are processing 2 times a month that I would have fallen into that cycle by now? Just a thought! In 5 days it will be a month. And yes I am breathing it's just getting hotter. I'm waiting for the flames.

          You say you made your withdrawal on 26th May and Martyn said the processor is only working twice per month (not knowing the dates that the processor works doesn't really help here). This is the 17th working day since you made the withdrawal (not counting the 26th) - not sure at what point during this time it was approved either.  I would say wait 3 more working days and if you've not received it by then, ask Martyn what the position is in the Direct Casino Support thread.  Alternatively, ask him for an update now. 

          I really can understand your frustration Judi.
