Where is my soulmate Casino?

Titan used to rock before winpalace took over. My new favorite casino, not only just dissapointed me, but basically told me they could care less by stating in their reply email to my complaint,
" However that appears to not be good enough fsor you, it is of course your choice if you wish to deposit again with us."

WTF?

Somebody tell me where I can go where I will be appreciated, and valued like Titan used to. Of course, one that pays quickly with no hassels.

I'm feeling all too overwhelmed by now b/c of this. Someone save me!  :-\

That sounded like Inetbets answer to me when I complained. Was it them?

I have the same problem as you after Titan. I just want a casino that payes fast and give a little free bonus now and then. I don't use depositbonuses so I don't care about that. Please tell me if you find one.

I feel your pain AC.. we get close and personal with a great casino (we think) then they lay the bomb of painful.. "we don't care" but suttlely put in other words..  :'(

A casino that pays fast and appreciates US as players, that understand that WE keep their business running, customers satisfaction and respect for our money we work hard for and have thoughtfully gave them.. oh.. i have to say, it really does i mean REALLY does break your heart when you are treated unkindly..

Well, until Omar at Bet Phoenix gets crabby with me...I pretty much have kept to depositing there, not because I'm winning lots of money...and as I have said to him, he makes me feel like a VIP  even though its just small deposits I make there. So Omar if u see this....keep being nice..hehe, because its sad to see the comments above, especially from a casino as WinPalace, which I thought were pretty nice/professional...wonder if casinos really realize how just one "bad apple-customer support person" and their comments can cause many customers to go elsewhere!!!
